Weren't they the same "Insider source" that a couple weeks ago said Naomi wasn't going to drop the SD woman's championship until next year? So I guess that means New Day will be split by next week. lol Well if you're gonna introduce a new championship on the shop, it was safe to say Naomi was going to keep it so those Glow belts would sell... Apparently WWE is bad at Marketing.

I would be very happy for this to be the case. I love the New Day!

what i like about new day is that there is no set formula in their matches and there is always a fresh, new and innovative move such as the the uranagi + backbreacker in their SS match and so they always keep it interesting

I'm still for not splitting them but allowing them in singles storylines (while still part of the group).

Explains why they lost to the Uso's. Clearly to win the titles back at some point. You can't be 8 time tag team champions if you hold the titles forever.

I'm glad WWE is keeping them together for now. I really think they are a great team but go nowhere in singles.

If that's true, I hope they really take their time with it and do it over the course of a few years. I don't want to see New Day win and lose the tag team championships another five times in the next twelve months.
I don't agree with breaking up teams unless the fans are so far behind one of the members that it makes no sense to keep them together. Otherwise, a tag team should be a tag team forever.

They're still brilliant, it's a mystery how it even kicked off considering how terribly they debuted. I'm surprised it wasn't sec rapped right there and then, thank God it never.
Kofi would probably be in hos 10th meaningless US/Intercontinental title reign by now, Xavier would probably be in GFW and Big E would be wasted as some random heels muscle.
Point is, they're all better together and they should stay like that for a long time.
I'd even love to see them heel again at some point too. They even proved they could stick it out in the main event scene first time round. Pretty doubtful though with the amount of merch they shift.

I'm a huge New Day fan so if WWE is on board for keeping them together then that's great.
I hope New Day will break the WWE tradition of splitting teams up because they've been together for 2 or more years and them doing nothing afterwards.
I've always wanted to see WWE do what ROH did with Jay Briscoe, he won the ROH World Title twice yet never stopped teaming with Mark.
Especially with New Day it could work. Kofi works a WWE Title programme while Woods and Wool work the Tag Team Titles.

Maybe Rich Swann but I don't really like when groups start adding more and more people.

Don't the Dudley's have 8? 8 World Tag/1st Brand Split Raw, 1 (Currently Raw) WWE/1st Brand Split SD, 1 WCW while under WWE, totaling 10 WWE reigns. Also 8 time ECW, 2 time IWGP, 1 time NWA while under TNA, 2 time TNA

As much as I am in favor of them splitting up New Day but man, it has helped rejuvenate Kofi Kingston. I can vividly recall how bland and misused Kofi was before New Day. It is refreshing to see a trio stick around for so long. I feel Big E is a main eventer waiting to happen. In the day where merch means a lot for the WWE splitting up New Day isn't a viable option. The WWE has done a good job milking the cow for The New Day. The more I think about it, is refreshing to see a team/trio stick around for this long.

I wouldn't figure on New Day breaking up anytime soon. They are a cash cow for WWE right now.

They are all better off being in a group from now until retirement. Out of all the tag teams that have split, how many have actually become something good after? Shawn, Shane Douglas, Booker T, Scott Steiner Bret Hart Rick Martel Jeff Hardy James Storm Eddie Edwards

I'm ok with them breaking the record, I just want it to feel natural. Don't just do it to do it. Hot potato with the titles is never a good thing imo. Hell, hearing Sasha say she is already a 4x women's champion on Raw the other night made me cringe. Not because she doesn't work hard or deserve it, but because it felt forced.
