It's amazing what an easy headswap can do really make you look at figure differently.
Off hand, yeah Lot of people have done it, but Elite RVD with basic smiling head. I had it MOC until recently? sorry 2nd Hand sellers. Really makes that an amazing figure that stands out now. (Aside from the bulky knee pads it's perfect)
I recently posted about it but the elite 47 rock with basic SS head. Maybe not perfect but the look I was wanting &
Improvement imo.

I swapped the head of the new Elite 51 AJ Styles (screaming scan) with the head of the Basic AJ Styles (straight face) and while the neck is a bit longer (to support the hood of the jacket) it looks fine once the hood is applied (up or down)

The walmart t shirt series aj lee with the b53 head. Best headswap ever. Rsc nash with the nwo battlepack head.  that rsc ponytail. Suited battlepack triple h with a vnce mcmahon head. Cheating, but still just a headswap |

The previous R Truth elite with the Xavier BP head scan. I don't know why, but that BP Truth head is the finest work Mattel ever produced. My elite Truth now looks phenomenal.

E16 and RSC Nash both were better figures with each other's heads
Haven't done it yet but E14 or NS Bossman with E47 head
HOF Yokozuna head needs to be on E15 body and HOF body only works with E15 head
WM33 HBK is much improved with E19 or NS type head

Some that I did; - Elite 8 Edge with "World Champions" basic head.
- Elite 51 AJ with 1st style head.
- Elite 51 Sami Zayn with the "Zach Galifianakis" head switched with NXT basic head.
- WM Elite HBK with E19 or Legends head.
- "All Stars" 2 pack Randy Orton with newest basic head.
- Elite 48 Dean with newest basic head.
The added belts don't hurt either.

Pretty much every Rollins elite with the elite 37 scan, the other scans imo are inferior. Ringside Nash with nWo battlepack that I repainted, the elite 38 Macho with the new basic smiling head. I also did the network spotlight undertaker with the legends hairswap and it's starting to look fantastic. I just need to sand down the boots, and figure how to sand the forehead a little so the hair doesn't look awkward. A lot of Mattel figures have good scans, it's just the crappy paint jobs that ruin them.

For me, it's a 3-way tie between the Elite WrestleMania 32 Series Undertaker figure with the Basic Series 16 head, the Elite TRU Build Jim Ross Series CM Punk figure with the Elite Series 20/Basic Series 24 head and the Elite WrestleMania 31 Series Undertaker with the Entrance Greats head + accessories.
