Matt Goldberg posted a pic of the ring in a TRU store this morning and the price on it there is $99.99.

I picked this up at TRU today. I'll just give the one coming from Amazon to my nephew for his birthday. I had a 15% off coupon, so it brought the total, with tax, to just over $89. I bought that Network Spotlight 2002 5 pack as well. The cashier scanned the 15% off coupon for that too. Not a bad day.

Why are people finding this ring at tru and getting shipments from Amazon and I haven't even gotten a shipping notice from ringside? Sad!

I want that Goldberg but I have no interest in this ring at all. Basic posts, too short, alternate skirts status unknown
Speaking of which, have WCT announced any new items for the ESR/ASR lately?

Alternative stuff might be unlikely because of the silly LED stuff. I am curious to see how this is constructed. Only thing I care about with this.

I love this ring. The engineering, and the way it is put together is amazing. Some people have said how much they hate the turnbuckles on this ring. I don't find it to be a big deal. The thing I always disliked about the WCT rings, was the way the ring mat was attached to the ring. Those clips were terrible. This is remedied with Mattel's new ring. I really can't say enough good things about this ring.

The ring looks incredible, here's to hoping that enough sell and we get hell in a cell and elimination chamber in the future.
Don't know if this is how it works, but if you guys wait to buy the ring until that big book aj comes out you could get it for free.

There is a few youtube videos up already. Checking them out now. The top rope hits the Goldberg figure at his lower back when it should be to the shoulder, the height of the ropes are just as short as a basic ring. Disappointing, this is going on clearance. Good waste of R&D money there Bill.

Yeah saw some pics on Instagram, ropes are way too low, that totally kills it for me

Yeah, that scale is pretty bad. On top of the ropes sitting too low, the turnbuckles are crap plastic from the basic rings. $100 is wayyy too steep for a subpar ring with an elite Goldberg with a big head.
I'll stick to my ASR.

Low ring ropes was probably a design decision for access and playability. Remember guys and gals, this stuff is technically for the kiddies.

With Goldberg, the electronics, the scale, the ring skirts, the ring mat, the ring posts this ring can be justified at $100, but will people be willing to pay $100 for a ring is the question

My kid plays with his Authentic Scale Ring all of the time, but he constantly finds ways to knock the turnbuckles off. That never happens in his basic rings. For him, this is may be the best of both worlds and work out pretty well.

Big head? It looks fine to me. Sounds like you're just looking for reasons not to like it. Your critique lacks any real merit, when it's based on just watching videos & looking at pictures.
