Easy pass for me. TJP does absolutely nothing for me. Now gimme some THE Brian Kendrick instead. Agreed. But the belt is cool. That it is. Can't argue with that.

He left? When?
**Looks like he was on 205 Live last night.
He's literally been gone from the company for six years up until last year He left in 2008, two years before Mattel got the license so there was never an Elite planned of him.

He's literally been gone from the company for six years up until last year He left in 2008, two years before Mattel got the license so there was never an Elite planned of him. WWE announced that Mattel got the license in 2008 to start work on figures. Kendrick got released from his contract in mid 2009. In like September or October 2009 is when Elite 1 and Basic 1 prototypes/test shots started to pop up on eBay. That's probably around when the Hardy figure got pulled too. So it's a possibility he was planned for an early series, maybe even Elite Series 1 since it was all Smackdown guys and he was on Smackdown around that time. Maybe he was replaced by MVP? I assume the first Elite series lineup was finalized in early 2009 looking at the attires. Either way I would've loved an Elite Kendrick. Mattel would've definitely outdone the Jakks version. Edit: here's a thread from 2010 with old and now seemingly broken links to Kendrick & Hardy E1 listings: forum.wrestlingfigs.com/thread/160063/elite-jeff-hardy-kendrick

One of the 2 Bills or Derek from the beginning of the line said they had a jacket for Kendrick done. TJ Perkins looks pretty good, hopefully I'll find him soon.

He's the equivalent of paint drying Did Tj Perkins steal your girlfriend or something? I've noticed you take a shot at him every chance you get....onto the Figure, I really don't think this fig will have a problem selling, none of the current roster network spotlights have had any issue at all, even Ambrose is selling well here. With the holidays approaching I'm sure TJP will sell as well as the others.

I know yeah don't understand the heat for TJP his attires are cool and the cruiserweight title looks amazing just cause he dabs but would rather have him in the line ups than boring Roman reigns

Holy crap, I thought it was like a six month prior kind of announcement. No wonder Jakks phoned it in those last two years.

I have no idea who he is, but he is a fresh face with a new title so it's an easy must get for me. Put me down for at least 2.

I honestly just want him to:
A - Put him in a dabbing pose
B - Have that sweet title.

So 2008 was the start of all new beginnings for Jakks and WWE. Pretty cool to see how far in advance Mattel were. The only reason Jakks wasn't far in advance with making TNA figures was they still had commitments to WWE and they did a bad job on purpose lol. It was almost too easy for Mattel to be superior.
