No one got Hulkamania over more than The Brain. Yes, Piper was very instrumental in the beginning but Bobby was Hogan's constant adversary after WM1 pitting family member after family member in an attempt to destroy Hulkamania. Is Andre as effective of a heel without Heenan? Is his turn on Hogan as shocking with anyone but Bobby by his side? I don't think so. He elevated everyone associated with him. He was the most important person in the Golden Era being an integral part throughout the card. You were vested in every match that featured Heenan whether it was a curtain jerker, mid-card, or main event. And that's just him as a manager. As a commentator, there was no one as quick witted. He made every broadcast entertaining no matter who was performing in the ring. Whenever asked who my favorite wrestler of all time is, I never say Heenan. Mainly because he we was never technically a wrestler in the era I watched. If rephrased to favorite wrestling performer, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan is without question on top of the list. That is true he was Hulkamania's biggest enemy. Funny you said first/mid/main events, many times he was featured in all of those in one night

The HOF wm3 Heenan is nice but track suit or suit as OP customized would be a better stand alone release

Royal Rumble 92 to this day is his best work in my opinion when Flair came in at number three and later was going to be eliminated to be saved by Roddy Piper and Bobby says bless you Roddy Piper it's a kilt it's not a skirt 2 moments later when Flair is punched by Piper you skirt wearing freak it's a skirt not a kilt to this day is my favorite line ever in all of wrestling

I love it. Bobby heenan is a big favorite of mine, I still hear his voice almost every day as I go through the wwe network. I really hope to see the next Mattel Bobby heenan soon. I will buy any but I prefer the tracksuit or regular suit, and not the weasel suit. Rip Mr Heenan I COULD be wrong here, but I do believe that the 'track suit' won that wwe.com poll that they had up a few months back. Oh good, I really hope so

Sad to see him pass. I'm happy he isn't suffering anymore. He was battling cancer since 2002 or something crazy like that.
He was the greatest manager of all time. Everyone else is a distant second. I grew up with him in the AWA before he went to the WWF. He was always that constant presence in my wrestling fandom. He will be missed.
RIP. My prayers go out to his friends and family.

dlbb still waiting for the apology or the proof that I plagiarized..... Nothing Shocker as soon as you get your foot out of your mouth kindly reinserted because talking isn't your strong point... and if you have a second go look at my collection go look at my collection posts and Pages I'm a dedicated fan have been since I was 7 years old which was in 1986 so in 1992 I was 13 years old watching the Royal Rumble that and the phrase it's not fair to Flair are forever embedded in my brain that in the crack about Marty jannetty through the barbershop window again I'm not mad at you but to sit there and think that I wouldn't have the same memory as another wrestling fan or that I would blatantly steal their material when there is no one like me I am the original it's me yes me yes Greg Ori .... So unless your willing to go one on one with the Greg One I suggest you mind your business....Edit if you do end up apologizing could you also give me the props that it took to go back through 4 pages of it's still real to Us website to find that picture screenshot it and do all this hard work to discredit you... That was a lot of work I almost broke a sweat ....

The GOAT in terms of heel commentary, and arguably the best manager of all time. RIP to The Brain/The Weasel.
