Don't understand why we have yet to see any actual images of series 3 retros. We seen images for series 1 and 2 months before they were released. Now we are less than a few weeks away from it being "early October' and still no images.

They are going to pop up when the figures are in stock, or in stores, I am guessing.

Hell, I'm more concerned with the answer to the questions "Why is wave 2 so hugging hard to find?" and "Who thought it was a good idea to make this line exclusive to Walmart for the first two waves?"

I actually dream of not seeing the images before finding the figures in stores. This whole thing is such a nostalgic experience, that it'd be really awesome if the actual experience of discovering the figures in store could be replicated. I hope this is an active decision to simulate the experience of collecting Hasbros as authentically as possible. I hope they don't show pictures of any figures prior to release from now on and that they reveal the next series lineups on the back of the cards.

While I completely agree with you, and it would be fun...the toy business is 2017 is vastly different from the toy business in 1987.

I like your idea and wouldn't mind it at all as long as they showed the next series lineup on the back of the cards!

Understand your frustration. Hope you find them soon! Thankfully they are longer Walmart exclusives.. I got lucky and found series 2 in Illinois. Haven't seen them anywhere else other than that Walmart in Illinois.

This is obviously true and I understand the impracticality of operating in such an antiquated manner given that the significance of online sales and pre-orders. At the same time, they're basically going this route anyway with this particular series, practicality be damned. If these are coming out in a matter of weeks, they've basically already opted to do things the old fashioned way. That aside, I'm willing to let Mattel worry about economic logistics and hope that things shake out so that collecting is as fun as humanly possible for the consumer.

If you hated the jumpers in Series 2, you'll hate this. Total lack of variety with moves for these guys. What the crap.
