WFWF.COMBREAKING: Ante Whitner to retire
From the office of James O'Malley, the interim manager of former National Champion and Golden Opportunity Champion Ante Whitner:
"Mr. Whitner has sustained permanent injuries in nearly every part of his body following his bout with Philip Schneider at Ashes to Ashes. Sadly, Mr. Whitner's condition has worsened in the few days he's been in the intensive care unit, but fortunately, it is likely he will pull through and make a full recovery in the months to come. However, given the sheer magnitude of his injuries, the recovery process will be a long and tedious road ahead, a path Mr. Whitner must take each step at a time. The injuries Mr. Whitner has sustained affect all parts of his motor function, emotional capacity, and motive of self-control. By the urgent advice of all of Mr. Whitner's doctors and medical assistants, it is imperative of Mr. Whitner to retire, effective immediately. Once he has regained all of his function and equilibrium, he will make a statement following the doctors' recommendations for him. Mr. Whitner would love to thank every one of his fans, who have supported him for every step of the way over these past few years."
We here at WFWF.com would like to wish Ante Whitner a speedy recovery and the best in all of his future endeavors.
