I change it up on facial hair. Currently I like the stubble look, so I'll shave once a week. Sometimes I do I line-up (not the pencil one), like a inch width. I have trimmers and if I grow anything I keep it at a #2. I use a 3 blade Gillette Mach for shaving.

I keep a medium long goatee and a 'stache combo. Always shave the sides of my face clean shaved. Occasionally will go without the mustache I like the look of both though, never been a beard guy, there's always a long peroid of time where it's patchy in random places and it takes forever to grow in fully. I just use whatever's cheap as far as razors go, I've got a Gillette one currently though.

I haven't shaved in a month. This week I'm going to shave the sideburns off and just leave a goatee and mustache. I'll razor blade the sideburns and then go over the rest with clippers. I always use shaving cream when using a razor. It just makes the job so much easier and no rash after.

Full beard FTW....
...but no neck beard.

I shave and then shave again. I'm in my early 20s so I'll grow a beard when I'm much older. It would take like 2 months for me to fully grow a beard now and I'm not waiting that long.

I wish my beard filled in better and wasn't two different colors, but my face got chubby in my late 20's (hell, so did my beer belly) and my chin eroded away so I have no choice. It's fine and full everywhere but my upper cheeks. If I could make the annoying neck part that I have to shave every other day migrate to my cheeks I'd have a beard I'd be proud to take pictures of.

I always have facial hair. I'll trim it with a 3 guard about once every two weeks.

There’s nothing that I hate more than shaving. I had a job for 5 years that required me to be clean shaven and I was miserable. My facial hair grows very fast and thick. My supervisor actually wanted me to bring a Norelco and reshave mid day. I refused. The last 5 years I’ve owned my own business and haven’t been clean shaven since. This was my look until my wife asked to buzz it down for her birthday. I’m in the process of growing it back again. Hands free Doritos holder. Great for watching movies.

I wanna grow a full beard, I'm 18 and I barely have anything on my face (but acne), I have a few pubic like hairs on my chin and mustache but I'm concerned whether I should do nothing and wait for it to grow naturally. OR what should I do to help the process go faster
Is there any tips on what I shouldn't do. (I'm really afraid of messing up and growing ingrown hairs or creating patches)
My grandpa and father both have full beards (regular full beards and all that stuff but not duck dynasty type stuff) I also have a cousin who didn't have full stubble til he was 19-20 years old. I hope that I get my stubble by his age but at the moment I have nothing at all.
Any Advice? How can I prepare?

Very resourceful use of your beard. And loving the Chive shirt by the way. I have one too.

What did you do that required such a clean shave? I would have probably told my boss the same thing

~*Young $ Money*~, I worked for Cintas, the Uniform Company and they had a clean shaven policy but my 5 o’clock shadow by the end of my shift made it look like I didn’t shave in the morning. My supervisor and GM said any type of facial hair was unprofessional. They were good guys and bosses but that was the 1 thing we didn’t agree on at all. 2 months after I left the company, they changed they’re policy nation wide to allow groomed mustaches and goatees only.

I was going to apply there but if I can't have a beard, no point. I had acne when I was younger and grow facial hair to cover the scars it left.

I use A electric shaver to get my beard/mustache to stubble & I trim my chin goatee. Only time I clean shave is for special occasions. I rock the stubble look 90% of the time.
