As far as the NXT roster the superstars who in my opinion should be called up to the main roster well off the top of my head there is:
Drew McIntyre making his main roster return to WWE from NXT but as for which brand McIntyre should be on? I say McIntyre should go to Smackdown Live and why? McIntyre on Team blue on the blue brand he would actually have a chance to thrive more on that show either as a heel or as a babyface depending on how he is booked but if he were on RAW he would instantly get lost in the shuffle
Aleister Black his main roster debut is long overdue but as for where Aleister should go? I say he should be on Team Red he should go to RAW
The Authors of Pain...another long overdue call up and with Paul Ellering in tow you could have them on either show as heels in either tag team division but as for where they would thrive? I say they would thrive better on Smackdown Live
Hideo Itami...another call up who should be on the main roster hell he should have been on the main roster years ago and as for where he goes he should go to RAW

It's hard to say who goes where with both brands pretty star studded as it is, but I'd maybe say Authors of Pain, Ember Moon, McIntyre and Ohno?
I think Black might be next in line for the NXT title but I'd definitely have no problem if they called him up.

Sanity- Raw
So that still leaves Ember Moon as the Womens Champion, The Undisputed Era as Tag Team Champions and Adam Cole, Aleister Black or Cien Almas as NXT Champion and some credible superstars such as Mandy Rose, Liv Morgan, Sonya Deville, Ruby Riot, any Mae Young Classic competitors, Gargano, Ciampa, and No Way Jose

If they did ever try and turn it into a legit 3rd brand as such I see it going the same way as WWECW. |

Vince barely if ever puts his personal touch into NXT. Now once Vince is no longer in the picture, then we can talk NXT as a third brand IMO. Now as to who should be called up at Mania, McIntyre to RAW, Iconic Duo to SD, Hideo Itami to 205 Live. Ill even consider SAnitY, but i think they should be saved a little longer. I hope Aleister Black is used as the next ace of NXT where HHH protects from getting called up like he did with Asuka when the brand split came back |

IMO Aleister Black & Velveteen Dream need to stay in NXT awhile longer. Especially Dream. He's still VERY young, so no need to rush him up. Aleister could do well on the Main roster, but I think if he went now, he'd get lost in the shuffle. Let him make a name for himself in NXT. To the point where he's a can't miss talent. Much like Asuka did.
AOP need to stay in NXT a bit longer. The only way they could succeed in WWE is if Ellering goes with them. But that travel may be a bit much for him at his age.
I would call Drew up. As I said in the Takeover thread, he's a horse in a dog race in NXT. Call him up and have him win a mid-card championship. Let him feud with Miz, Jinder, Cesaro, Owens. Give him a platform to rebuild himself up to the glory he deserves.
Almas is another I think could do well on the main roster. He (along with Vega) would be an ideal mid-card champion. He could fill the void left by Del Rio with the Spanish market.
I think Sanity is long overdue to be called up. Killian Dane is a man monster. Young & Cross both belong. And Wolfe is weird enough to sell tickets. Together they could feud with New Day and Cross could be a great heel to feud with Charlotte.
I think I'd be okay if Gargano & Strong both went to 205 Live. The CW division needs someone the crowd can rally behind. Someone they can invest in. Either could fill that void.

No one should.
Guys who shine in NXT get lost on the main roster or get injured.
NXT needs to grow and build. How can fans truly get behind a guy who they know will be leaving for Raw or Smackdown within a year??
If Nakamura was still in NXT, he would be the main guy! Untouchable. But on the main roster?? He's lost to Jinder Mahal twice at PPVs. That speaks volumes if you ask me.

Velveteen Dream has literally justturned 22. Here's great potential that shouldnt be hampered by an early call up. I'd have him in NXT for another couple years have him be a big-time player there first.

Hopefully NOT Black and Dream. They need to stay in NXT for as long as possible so Vince can't cut them down on the main roster. Hell, everyone in NXT right now should never get called up. It's a death sentence for your character.

Dream is just now getting some traction and has really Impressed after last night. Such a quick call up makes no sense for him. He should stay there a while. Unfortunately his gimmick will probably not do well on the main roster. Similar to Tyler breeze
