I don't care to see it tbh, but I much prefer Ronda to win it than majority of the female wrestlers except maybe Becky Lynch.

I would love to see a Womens Royal Rumble.
Then in 2019 they should get an Elimination Chamber match too!
In the Womens Royal Rumble I could see the participants being...
Alicia Fox Asuka Bayley Dana Brooke Mandy Rose Mickie James Nia Jax Paige Sasha Banks Sonya Deville Becky Lynch Carmella Liv Morgan Naomi Natalya Ruby Riott Sarah Logan Tamina Snuka w Lana Peyton Royce or Nikki Bella Billie Kay or Brie Bella
Asuka or Paige would probably win. Id be more here for a shocking win, like Mandy Rose or Mickie James or Naomi

LEARN TO LOVE IT!
Lol, it's the only way they can introduce Rousey to WWE and hotshot her straight to the title. My question is, if they do a program with her and Charlotte and Ronda wins, who else on the SD roster can look like a legitimate threat to Rousey?

I think if there's ever to be an official Royal Rumble with the female superstars, now would be a great time. I'd like to see what they can accomplish because years ago wasn't so impressive with the Divas Battle Royal.
And if your Ronda Rousey prediction becomes true, well hot-damn! I will buy you a cheeseburger!

Women's battle royals do not have a history of going well....girls falling out accidentally. Girls winning accidentally. People botching and eliminating themselves.....it's been ugly.
But I'm all for equality. If men get MITB, women should get MITB and if men get a Royal Rumble then I don't see why women shouldn't....but that doesn't mean it's going to be entertaining. But hell, even the male Royal Rumble has sucked balls for a long time. It's just hard to make a match with that many people in it good. It's just a cluster of confusion.

Pass for me. People make the women out to be so much better than they are. I like Charlotte, Alexa, Asuka and Becky but the others haven't really impressed me.
But I'm all for equality so if they wanna do it, I've got no problem with it. Doesn't mean I'll watch it though.

Currently active on the Main Roster: RAW: CHAMPION: Alexa Bliss 1 - Alicia Fox 2 - Asuka 3 - Bayley 4 - Dana Brooke 5 - Mandy Rose 6 - Mickie James 7 - Nia Jax 8 - Paige 9 - Sasha Banks 10 - Sonya Deville SMACKDOWN: CHAMPION: Charlotte Flair 1 - Becky Lynch 2 - Carmella 3 - Lana 4 - Liv Morgan 5 - Naomi 6 - Natalya 7 - Ruby Riott 8 - Sarah Logan 9 - Tamina Not Listed Above: 1 - Maryse - RAW - Inactive 2 - Nikki Bella - SMACKDOWN - Inactive 3 - Brie Bella - F/A - Inactive You take out the Champions, which I did already and that leaves you with 19 Women who can enter a Women's Royal Rumble Match. Now I doubt they would actually put Lana in it as she is really only working house shows. Minus two more women to challenge for the Raw/Smackdown Championships at the Royal Rumble PPV itself and you are now left with 16 Women. Brie has been adamant about making a comeback to WWE at some point in the near future, same with Nikki and you are now back up to 18 Women. Give one spot to an NXT talent and the final spot to a "Returning Legend" (Maybe Trish as it was rumored she was in talks to have Mickie's spot against Asuka in NXT before she found out she was pregnant with her second child) and you have a fairly decent roster for a 20 Women Rumble, change the entrance times to both Rumbles to 60 seconds and the both Rumble's shouldn't feel too drawn out. You could even remove Carmella from the Rumble (have her cash in her MITB contract against either Champion on the show - sets up having the Dual Branded MITB PPV next year) and you can put two legends into the match or even have Rhonda Rousey make her debut if she's able too. Good analysis and you can add Maria to the inactive list. I definitely think Lana would be in the Rumble though. If Pete Rose can enter the Rumble, I'm sure you don't have to be extremely trained. Also, I think a couple of surprise returns, which could include active wrestlers like Victoria, legends like Lita and Trish, and just women who are still in shape and in good standing with WWE for one-offs such as Michelle McCool, Kaitlyn, Eve Torres, and Torrie Wilson. Also, I would definitely expect a couple of NXT women to be in there... AJ Lee would be a stretch though

I can see them doing a 20 Woman Rumble. 10 from RAW and 10 from Smackdown.
RAW: Asuka Sasha Paige Bayley Nia Jax Mickie James Sonya Deville Mandy Rose Alicia Fox Dana Brooke
Smackdown: Becky Lynch Naomi Natalya Carmella Nikki Bella (Surprise Entrant) Tamina Ruby Riott Liv Morgan Sarah Logan Lana
As each show has 11 competitors, the only names left out would be Alexa and Charlotte who are the Champions of their respective brands anyway.

I’m not looking forward to the abundance of random, thrown together 3 on 3 matches we are going to be getting over the next few weeks. It’s Team BAD vs Team Bella vs Team whatever their name was all over again. It was Submission Sorority first, but then that was the name of a porn site so they changed it to Team PCB. Somebody pointed out that Paige, Mandy and Sonya could be "PMS", but Russo is far gone so I doubt it. They at least have the Tough Enough connection, but Liv, Ruby and Sarah is SO f***ing random I have to believe some greater is afoot. It makes absolutely no sense. I would have thought Liv would work as a mini me for Carmella but she is already dissing her for gimmick infringement on Twitter. I was thinking the same thing! Liv would be a PERFECT sidekick for heel Carmella, like The Kat was to Chyna now that Ellsworth is gone.

There are definitely enough women on the roster now to do one, and a lot of them are established stars too so it's not just quantity and no quality like it was back in the Ashley Massaro and Kelly Kelly days.
Yeah, I'd be up for it!

Also, I would definitely expect a couple of NXT women to be in there... AJ Lee would be a stretch though I didn't add Maria as she hasn't wrestled a match since resigning with the company. Maryse barely made my "Inactive list" due to the fact she "worked" Mania with the Miz. As I said earlier I really expect both the Raw and Smackdown Womens Titles to be defended at Mania so that would take the Champions and their Challengers out of the Rumble match. I only included 1 woman from NXT entering to leave room for more "Legends" to enter. I'm sure that if they couldn't get any Legends to return for the Womens Rumble they could call on the Mae Young Girls to round it out. If they bump it to 30 then I would add 4 or 5 girls from NXT/Mae Young Tournament and try to round out the rest of the field with Legends

Women's battle royals do not have a history of going well....girls falling out accidentally. Girls winning accidentally. People botching and eliminating themselves.....it's been ugly. In all fairness though, I don't think you can compare a divas era battle royal to a women's battle royal today. As we're all aware, in the divas era the majority of divas had a severe lack of talent. Today's female superstars do not have that problem.

not entirely against seeing one, i think the real issue at hand here is establishing something thats sustainable. yes, they are in a position for the first time ever they can feasibly pull one off, but if its not something that they're (at least to a degree) positive will become a fixture of the event for 5-10-however many years, then there's zero point to hold one for 2-3 times if it's not going to beocme a surefire hit and therefore a forever thing. biggest thing with the rumble is its all mostly built on hype that runs through really till the very end of the match, what with the countdowns and crowd involvement and whatnot. so if the crowd simply isnt going to give about a women's version, then that could turn out being a bad look for everyone. i guess you could say you won't truly know till you try, but they know what they're doing in terms of gauging those reactions prior so i think thats ultimatley where the decision lies.
