I have recently purchased signed 8x10's of Alexa Bliss, Randy Orton, Finn Bálor and AJ Styles and while they come in protective sleeves, I'm worried about how to look after them long term!
I would like to either display them or have them in some kind of album so any advice would be greatly appreciated guys!

I’ve kept autographs in albums and never had a problem. Keep them in low to no humidity and cool dry place and you’ll have no issue. If you want to frame them then just keep them out of direct sun so they don’t fade

I keep everything framed and hung in my basement. It's a cool temperature and out of direct sunlight, which is perfect.

Do autographs laminate well? I've thought about laminating some they I have but I was worried that the hear would mess with the ink.

I keep all the autographs I have in a regular binder in the regular plastic sleeves you can get at Staples or any office supply store. They’ve been in there for years and still look exactly the way they did when they went in.

I keep mine either in an album or ones I particularly want to display, framed and on the wall. I've only just put an album together so I can't comment much on how great that is long term but they seem fine. The ones in frames are fine and protected by a perspex pane.
Lamination was mentioned, I'd avoid this personally, I've seen seen some lamination come apart leaving like a cloudy bubble over part of a picture, also I'd worry about the heat of a laminator with the photo paper I assume your 8x10s are on.

It causes the signatures to fade. I display mine in my home office that I keep blinds AND dark curtains up to block sunlight.

I buy those plastic 8x10 protectors, the hard kind. Not floppy. Then I get compound double sided sticky tape, really strong hold, and put them on the back of the protectors, and stick them to the wall. Cheaper than frames, looks better if U place them right next to each other. And no holes if you decide to take them down.

I've been collecting autographs for 15 years. I keep magazines, 8x10s etc in plastic sleeves then in a binder. Thankfully haven't had any issues. I think if you keep them out of light and in a cool dry place you should be ok

I thought you're supposed to sell autos online. I've been doing it wrong.

I put all my autographed magazines, 8X10's and autograph mats in sheet protectors and put them in binders since i've been collecting for over 15 years and I have a lot. For cards I put them in a protective sleeve and then i place them in a top loader.
