Of that list, I like what I’ve seen from Elias lately. Hes come a long way since NXT and “drift away” chants. I enjoy his segments and matches.
It’s an interesting list though. I think a more appropriate thread title would have been “underutilaized”. When i see guys like Cesaro, Sami Zayn, Gallows and Anderson on a list, I think underutilized. I’m not a fan of Luke Gallows ring work but they have that Japan/Bullet Club aura and besides a short run with the tag titles, they’ve done nothing memorable. They came in red hot and attacked the Usos and it looked liked they’d be taken seriously. But WWE gonna WWE.
But I would like to throw a name that I think is underrated that’s not on that list. Sheamus. He’s been a solid hand for 8 plus years now. Never really has a bad match. I just think he’s solid all around and not given enough credit

I chose Aiden English because most of the other dudes that get called underrated are actually super popular online and everybody talks about them. English doesn't get as much praise and therefore is truly underrated. He’s been fantastic since the whole “Rusev Day” started.

Alicia Fox: looks, character and in ring. That is all.

I don't really like the word underrated, but Elias is fast becoming one of the most entertaining guys in recent years and he proved against Roman he can deliver in the ring too. I hope he recovers after being fed to Braun. He plays his gimmick brilliantly.

I would definitely say that Nia Jax is underrated. To me, she is unique and really stands out in the women's division, and I've never seen her have a bad match. When you consider where she's gotten and developed in such a relatively short space of time, that's impressive. But she doesn't seem to have as many fans as a lot of other WWE superstars, especially when you compare social media follower counts, if we're judging "underrated" by the audience. If we're judging "underrated" by the company, then you could also argue Nia Jax, considering she's never been allowed a title reign, despite how much she's chased it, and she's not currently doing anything meaningful, storyline-wise.
I would have said Sami Zayn, but his recent push shows that he is valued. Aiden English being put with Rusev means that he's given the opportunity to entertain (which he does brilliantly).

If we're talking underrated by the company, Luke Harper and Rusev immediately come to mind.

Luke Harper, Cesaro, Gallows, and Anderson should all be in more important roles in WWE.
Cesaro at least has had tag team success over the last year. I still think he has what it takes to be a singles star.
Luke Harper is so good and the fact that they keep wasting him is a sin.
And what to say about Gallows and Anderson other than this is what happens when you come from elsewhere. Enjoy the paychecks, I guess. They are really good though, it's a shame WWE has them be a joke.

Luke Harper. He was the workhorse of the Wyatts. Without him, the Wyatts wouldn’t have worked. The man can work any style from singles, tag, to specialized matches. Give this man a “Brody like” push and he’d be gold.

I went with Mike Kanellis and Gallows and Anderson (The Club). Mike Kanellis has all the talent in the world, good in ring and great on the Mic when given a chane, look at his TNA run. The Club is a great tag team, both are great individual wrestlers, and could be great at promos of given a chance.

Luke Harper should have been in the WWE Championship match at Wrestlemania. Can we replace the Ringside ads with this?
