I don't remember them selling the official Hasbros but they did sell the bootlegs (the rubber figures, exact size and likeness to the Hasbros) as I bought a few of them. Home and bargain sold the Hasbros though for £1.99 around 94/95. My brother treated me to a few of them as they were so cheap

Poundland did indeed sell official WWF Hasbros - albeit with French language carding, back then. I got Brutus Beefcake version 2, Typhoon, Piper and green suit Dibiase, IIRC.

There were a number of shops in the UK that sold WWF Hasbro figures back in the day, not just your big shops such as Toys r Us, Tesco, Argos, Index etc. I used to remember a small hardware shop in my local shopping centre that used to sell WWF Hasbro's for £4.99. They used to be hidden at the back of the shop in a corner and they always seemed to have the ones the big shops never had. I don't recall Poundland having them, but a number of shops did have them!

I miss those times Wow man very good stories to here you know I’m convinced there is some store there where there is still Hasbros somewhere in Cornwall or a place like that I like hearing your stories. I wish I was older in those days I was born in. 1991 and so born a bit late as by the time they stopped I was like 3 so to young and never saw hasbro in the nineties in shops and it’s my favorite line of wrestling figs however last yeaer was strange as I go in to charity shops to try and find stuff and one day I was in my local cancer research and chucked towards the back of the shop in a basket was samu on moc for 4 quid and this is 2017 I couldn’t believe it the card is not the best but it was unbelievable finding him apart from that I’ve had to rely on Ebay ive seen a few loose in charity shops not never brought them

Talking of discounts in stores such as Poundland, I remember a discount store in Chesterfield, UK, called Arcade selling the Series 4 figures on Spanish cards. They were £1.49 each. I got Typhoon and Earthquake at the time. They didn't seem to hang around long. I asked the owner whether he would get other series in, but sadly they never arrived.

Cool sounds interesting I’m assuming it was the purple cards like Scott Steiner etc and possibly the , headashrinkers guys like that?

Best find I had was in a car boot sale 2 years ago. A van pulled up late right at the end of the sellers and opened up 3 suit cases (among other stuff), I didnt take any notice but my wife did and immediately shouted me over, everything was 50p. I got over 50 habsros including dusty, smoking gunns, purple razor and black hbk. Also got blue Windham, blue pillman, big Josh and Dustin Rhodes along with ljn warlord and Hart Foundation, all for 50p each. Never will I find anything better
