Cool quite interesting that Charity shops can be quite good on lucky days Charity shops where cool back in the early 90s I remember getting a Jimmy Snuka, Luger galoob blue, Sid galoob pink a Duggan 1. & maybe beefcake and Hammer & Rude and they would usually be in there with a Sting galoob maybe a Flair, Honky and Texas Tornado I think I got a purple macho trunk from one aswell

They definitely had them in poundshops. All of them by me were on foreign cards, but it was an odd assortment (mostly scott steiner and samu by me). These were still floating around in poundshops wayyy after the Hasbro era (at least 1998-ish).
There were many discount stores that had them too (kind of like the early/mid 90s version of B&M/HomeBargains). Those were also foreign carded versions, however they had a much better selection of figures from the early series. I definately got Snuka and Koko from one of them.
In 1992/1993 wrestling stuff was everywhere in the UK. Everyone at school collected the stickers. They even had WWF crisps! Merrits newsagents sold tons of wrestling figures in Merry Hill.

WWF was huge in the UK in the early 90s. I remember the crisps and WWF bubble gum with the stickers

Yes! “The Dead Good Flavour” was the Undertaker’s one IIRC I can’t remember ever seeing foreign cards in shops here, or Hasbros in general in pound shops, but I probably just didn’t go into them regularly enough to see them. Other than the Poundstretcher that was near Safeway’s, I don’t think I went into any in the 90s. Had I ever found one, then I would’ve been regular visitor to them

I’ve told this story many times but I found samu on card last year in cancer research for 4 pound there does seem to be a lot in quantity of his figures and i could imagine the samu ones just sitting there for years in shops , I’ve read other posts where people said they still saw him in 2000 and 2002 etc so does make sense

I work at a charity shop once a week, never had much Wrestling stuff donated, had 2 or so Mattel rings, a nice Mattel figure bundle and the odd few WWE Mattel rumblers.
But I do get great bargains, the other week I got a Mario 25th Anniversary DSI Xl & All new Super Mario bros game for £3.75 total (after my discount)

In wales a couple of years ago i walked past a charity shop, spotted an early 90s WWF gym bag with Hogan and Warrior on it, the ones with black.and blue pattern and green straps, went in for it figuring it would be 10 pounds, they charged 1.50 instead, i was positively agog!

Does anyone from UK remember pound land stocking and selling them in 1993 that being the wwf hasbro figures, for £1 each !!!? Someone said this on a different forum I found it hard to believe but does anyone ever remember them selling them or if there wasn’t does anyone remember any pound shops selling wwf hasbro ? Yes - I'm from the UK aswell mate, and yeah pound shops in the mid-90's did indeed sell Hasbro MOCS, however my local pound shop only ever had Rowdy Rody Piper MOCS, they had about 3 bucket fulls of Piper MOCS. And I didn't buy any, which I feel absolutely pig-sick about now, because I could have bought a bulk-load and sold them on ebay years later and earned a racket. I believe they were foreign carded Pipers though, not in English writing, but I still wish I bought some.

Wow sounds interesting man yes mate if only we knew knew then what we know now I would have brought at least minimum of each 2, and sold them years later while keeping one moc. Shame that this happens in life

I saw the LOD twin pack in a garden centre once - definitely the oddest place I ever saw Hasbros.
