I really hope these hit Canada. I really want Mean Gene. If this series is replacing the TNF line then I think there is a very good chance we will see these hit Canada at some point. Walmart carried most of the TNF stuff (I believe Elite series 1 and the battlepacks are the only sets we did not get) and retailers now have shifted towards carrying mainly their exclusive lines so I am confident we will see this series released here.

Where are you from? Everyone in America has a Walmart, Dollar General and a Subway within walking distance. Queens NY. No Walmarts within walking distance and the nearest one has almost no wrestling figures. ...there's probably no room because of all the Jakks UFC figures...

Idk about you but I'm swapping the tassels as well as getting some purple paint I prefer the new tassels over the old ones. Looks better. I’m just displaying it tho. Me too but they're so bad. Hard rough but brittle plastic and they mess us the arm mold. Every Warrior I have with the new tassels has bad arm movement

Eh, what’s the point? My Walmart hasn’t stocked since October and never even put out TNF 3 Same here. I'm not looking forward to hunting these down. I haven't had the best of luck. Although, better than looking for Target exclusives.

Here's another crazy idea Mattel, take these retailer exclusives that walmart and target do such a poor job of stocking and put them on mattelshop.com as well. Either that or someone at mattel needs to contact these retailers and tell them they are doing a really poor job of getting these in the actual stores...

I cringe when I see lines promoted as Walmart or Target store exclusives. Both of my local stores subscribe to the idea of ordering figures 2-3 times a year but do it in large quantities each time. So instead of the 1-2 cases of a series we get 4-6, where the remaining toys will sit on the shelves for the next 4-5 months until the cycle repeats itself. I miss most regular series waves this way as well as their own store exclusives. It’s pretty much hit or miss for me to find stuff like this.

Definitely agree it's disappointing the warriors belt isn't the right colour. Still as it's us exclusive and I'm in the UK I guess it doesn't matter though lol

I THink the reason stuff is hard to find as store exclusives is because it comes out too fast. They’ll release a set and a store gets it and then by the time one go around is done the next set is already out. It needs to be staggered more I believe

I don't understand why the distribution on these sets is so poor?! These are store exclusives which means retailers are paying MORE money in order to have the product exclusive to their store. Following this logic then, it stands to reason that because they are paying more they would want these products to be flooding shelves so people can buy them and they can make back the money the spent to acquire the exclusive rights to these lines?! Yet, we are seeing exactly the opposite happening, namely stores with empty shelves that only receive 1 or 2 cases (presumably) and then when these sell out the shelves remain bare. Is this a management problem where stock is not being sent to the store OR a store problem whereby stock is sitting in the back but employees are not putting it out for whatever reason?!

I don’t think it’s a matter of the stores just not putting them out. I think stores stores only get one or two sets then they are onto the next set. I think they need release fewer sets so when stores do reorder they get set 1 again and it gives a chance for all stores to get them.

They only want to stock hot items and toys are dying.

After all the disappointment folks had last summer after SDCC, we are now seeing (on the pegs) how it is not so bad after all, at least from a Legends perspective.
This set looks good.

Cue us Brits having to pay an arm and a leg to get them in the Uk.

With the "breakable" scepter, I sure hope Mattel delivers on an accompanying Macho King. Otherwise, what a tease. It will probably be the only reason I buy that Warrior.

That means they should be hitting the east coast (and in my case, the north jersey/NYC area) in about a year or so. Woohoo!

The more I look at these figures the more I realized Mattel missed a nice little Easter egg. They could have put the Summersam sign with Gene Okerlund. In a Summerslam interview he conducted with Rude and Heenan, the Summerslam sign fell off. He made comments about the shoddy installation. Would have been a nice little in joke for those knowledgeable about wrestling history.
