Goes to show Vince doesn't hold too many grudges.
There's been time I love JJ, and times he annoyed me. But he deserves a HOF spot.

Whatever. I couldn’t stand him at times. I liked his stuff with road dogg but that’s about the only time I cared for him. In my opinion he always needed outside Interferences, ref bumps and run ins to distract from the fact that he wasn’t that good of a wrestler for the last 15 years. Good for him though

I think Jarrett getting inducted is more of shock-value than actual deserving. He had a decent run, but most of his WWE tenure is forgettable. I really don’t consider him HOF worthy, like, at all.

considering he’s just coming out of rehab, I think it’s great that wwe did this for him.

Well i'll be damned. I guess this is his reward for completing rehab. CM Punk is the only man left on the list of people who will never return to WWE.

I think Jarrett getting inducted is more of shock-value than actual deserving. He had a decent run, but most of his WWE tenure is forgettable. I really don’t consider him HOF worthy, like, at all. I agree that his WWE/WWF run was average, but it's not just about his WWE career. The man is a multiple time WCW World Champion, and seeing as WWE owns WCW and its legacy now, it makes sense to add him. PLus he's been a multiple time NWA champinon. Further, much like the other promoters that have made it in, Jarrett was a promoter as well. If you think about it, you had guys like Gordon Solie and Eddie Graham who did not have WWE careers. THe latter was known for his multiple titles in regional promotions, while the former was more known for his commentary. Bill Watts was more known for him being a promoter. Carlos Colon is another. They had little to no WWF career, and were regional stars at best. Jarrett is a second tier World Champion at least. He's held the secondary titles for the promotions he's worked for. He's done a lot to be included here. Not saying he's going to be inducted because of his promoting, but he's done a great amount of work in the industry as a whole. He created a company out of necessity (because he was essentially blacklisted from working in WWE) and gave wrestlers an option. Was it a great option? Not always. But, it was an option that was missing once WCW folded.

Guessing AJ is going to induct Jarrett? They could have his dad do it. He worked in the WWE's office for a little while. It would be interesting if they had Dixie Carter do it. I would like to say that they would never do that but I never thought they'd induct Jeff so who knows? In a very sadistic way, I think it would be funny is they made Kurt Angle do it.

So pumped for Double J! Being a WCW guy, I've always been a fan of his even though I know he gets a bad wrap for breaking guitars and not drawing dimes. Hopefully Shane Douglas gets in next year or soon after.

Yes! Well deserved, Jeff Jarrett. Love him, or hate him, he’s done a lot for the business, and one of my childhood favorites growing up in the 90’s/early 00’s, along with his time in TNA/Impact. Man, ain’t this great!? lol.

I think his six IC reigns, from a time when that title was still very prestigious, qualify Double J for the Hall. Add in the WCW titles and founding Impact, especially now that WWE benefits from their alumni, and Jarrett certainly belongs.

It is!!
And why not, right?? For most of the original TNA talent is in the WWE right now! So TNA was the perfect farm league for the WWE.
