A few weeks ago somebody suggested in a thread (I can’t remember who, sorry) that it would be amazing if Daniel Bryan entered and won the Royal Rumble this year and headlined WrestleMania 34 for the WWE championship. Originally I was completely oblivious to why they thought this would be a good idea until I remembered that the Superdome in New Orleans is where he won the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. To me, personally I always have a bad taste in my mouth whenever the WWE are in New Orleans now because I associate it with the location where The Undertaker’s streak ended and that overshadowed Bryan’s title win for me. But what moment do you associate most with WrestleMania 30? The end of the streak or Daniel Bryan winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship?

Streak ending without a doubt.
Even if Bryans reign following Mania wasn't such a disaster through no fault of his own from injury, its impossible to compete with a 22 year legacy.

The streak ending for sure!
Anyone could have won that WWE Title that night - even if it was like HBK coming out of retirement to win the belt - and people would still pick Lesnar ending Taker's streak as the one moment that would be remembered that night.
It took the air out of that stadium when it happened. It was like people witnessed a murder in front of their very own eyes and had no idea how to react or what to do.
I remember I was watching it the following day because I got it from a friend, and I was watching it and when the 123 happened, I still had to rewind it and watch it again, I couldn't believe it happened.

It was IMO truly one of those “where were you when it happened moments” as the third F-5 happened and Brock went for the pin I was eating a chicken wing and everything just went silent and I was like “WHAT?!”

How they pissed away the streak for the ten seconds of shock value that came after it. Such a dumb decision and now because of it we keep getting these completely forced "shocked" reactions from people in the crowd.

Honestly, for me... it’s Daniel Bryan celebrating on top of the table, after winning the WWE Championship.

I voted for Bryan.
Initially for me, all I could think about was Taker but since that wasn't the end of his career and it led to the awesome program with Lesnar the following year, the breaking of the streak didn't mean as much to me anymore once Taker came back and we all realised he wasn't retiring... yet.
Now when I think about Mania 30, I picture Bryan celebrating on the announce table with confetti falling down from the ceiling. I associate WrestleMania with feel-good moments and that sure as hell was one.

I think it’s also the visual of having the stage/logo in the background.

I don’t even remember Wrestlemanias by their numbers anymore. The first 15 or so I can recall every main event and major matches and moments. I saw this headline and had to click just to be reminded what happened at WM30. Am I the only one? I feel if you ask who main evented WM3, most people will tell you Hogan/Andre in a second. But if you ask who main evented WM29, a lot will go “which one was that?”

I know WM29 by New Jersey and Rock/Cena II... and one of the greatest wrestling weekends of my life (didn’t attend WrestleMania).

It's pretty easy for me from then on.

I think of Bryan. Undertaker's streak had lost appeal to me by time it ended.

Ask me who main evented 19 or 21 and I’ll struggle to remember.

Bryan winning the triple threat. Although the streak being broken was a close second. Cesaro winning the battle royal was cool too.

Easily Daniel Bryan by far. WrestleMania 30 was nicknamed "Yes-tleMania" for a reason. It started with Daniel Bryan beating Triple H and ended with Daniel Bryan beating both Randy Orton and Batista to finally win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. WrestleMania 30 was without a doubt Daniel Bryan's night.
On the other hand, I like to forget that Brock Lesnar ending the streak happened. One of the worst booking decisions ever made that benefited absolutely nobody.
