There was a confrontation between Rollins and Miz at Manhattan Center after the show with DX and Balor Club still in the ring. Iβd be down for a Mania match between the 2 for the IC title. It gives them something to do and gives the IC title a prominent spot on the card

So how are we supposed to take Reigns seriously as a threat to Lesnar when he lost to the Miz? I was just thinking the same thing but i'm sure they act like it never happened (again) and push Roman full force as superman like normal now he lost the "pesky secondary ic belt" Hasn't he got a record no of eliminations in the rumble to beat again this year lol

RAW sucked. No surprise. A lot of big names were missing, but thatβs the nature of the beast. Oh well...

He was protected in his loss - not a big deal. But now we know for sure Reigns is winning another Rumble on his way to Brock.

it's crazy how Raw 1000 was so god damn fun, while this was a trainwreck
the main difference being they didn't spoil every appearance by advertising them...
awful

An exposed turnbuckle puts him down while 3 F5s won't at wrestlemania! In the words of Gene Okerlund "gimme a break". Speaking of Gene, his segment with AJ Styles was great and the latter imitating Hogan was gold.

While the overall show as a whole didn't feel like something special, there was a decent amount of stuff I enjoyed:
- Everything with Elias. His segment with Jericho was my favorite part of the show but getting over on Cena was fantastic - AJ Styles' promo with Mean Gene, brother! - The poker game segments were hilarious imo - We got to see Austin stun McMahon for what could essentially be the very last time - Asuka throwing people out was a nice moment in the spotlight for her - Miz is IC Champion and I thought the finish was great - Alexa, Charlotte and WOOOOOO!!!!! Ric Flair had a fun segment - Sexual Chocolate and the Godfather was good - I enjoyed the group too sweet
Raw isn't very good most weeks as a start to finish product. This week it just wasn't very good and legends showed up. Other than watching them throwaway Matt vs Bray, and having to watch Bray win no-less, I don't have any real complaints about the show.

If 29 men can kind of sort of separate Kane, Lesnar, and Strowman, but can't beat A Guy, things don't like good for Lesnar. ( I assume at some point 29 people tried to keep the three separate in some sort of skirmish. I tune out by hour 3). Side note: I was afraid the Ascension would get buried. Color me wrong. While they sadly didn't get a chance to showcase their skills, they got to main event the Manhattan Center and close out that portion of the telecast. They got a match in, and only got beat down after the fact. Who beat them down? A guy who was a WWE World Champion about maybe 2 years ago, his cohorts who were all main eventers, Road Dogg and Xpac. This is different from when the Ascension got pummeled by the legend tag teams in a minor segment when all they did was get in the ring. Let's see how WWE uses these guys going forward.

What an awful show. they completely wasted so many opportunities and fun moments. It's like they didn't write a show at all after booking these people. People paid up to a grand to be at the Manhattan Center. Good lord I would be irate.

So RAW 25 was decent, but definitely underwhelming.
RAW 1000 was a lot better, and I expected the same level of quality, if not even more. Maybe I just set the bar too high, but I expected far better. While RAW 1000 handled everyone perfectly, an overcrowding of stars led to many being wasted on RAW 25.
What was Undertaker's promo meant to be about? Other than just rambling, what did it achieve?
The women's tag team match was good, and set-up the women's Royal Rumble pretty well. Disappointed that neither Bayley or Mickie got tagged in throughout the match though. WWE really are wasting those two.
Christian and the Peep Show was completely pointless, with no actual talk show taking place. They should have least have had a couple of minutes of Christian talking with Rollins/Jordan. Take Christian and the Peep Show out, and it wouldn't be any different to a regular weekly interaction between the two teams.
The women from the past were completely wasted as well. Sure, it was nice for them to show up on the stage, but that was really it? I expected to at least see them have a segment in the ring at the very least.
Matt Hardy VS Bray Wyatt was great to see on the classic RAW set-up. Surprised to see Wyatt win though.
It was great to see Mean Gene, even if age has definitely caught up to him.
Where was MVP? They announced him, yet I didn't see him at all throughout the show.
Chris Jericho was completely wasted.
Why they keep wasting time on Elias is beyond me. Without a doubt, I find him the single most boring part of RAW on a weekly basis. Completely dull, and he just takes up time that should be used on entertaining segments. So it just bewilders me why on such a historic night of which there is so little time to do so much, time was wasted on a lengthy Elias segment. That time would have been much better allocated elsewhere.
The DX/Balor Club interaction was nice, even if DX reunions are exactly the same every single time.

Finally put my finger on it. Did anyone else feel that the King and JR's commentary was like video game commentary? Just random quips that sometimes applied to the situation. Undertaker gives a speech about nothing, and JR goes, was that a threat? What?!? That's what I would expect to hear in a WWE 2k game or a SVR Game

They had no chemistry and kind of sounded like they just showed up for the paycheck

I'm not sure what people expected from last night's show. There was no way they could use even a fraction of the guests in any meaningful way nor does the WWE have any kind of precedent of bringing out past wrestlers for anything other than a cheap nostalgia pop and a run through of their "greatest hits".
How different was it to see Steve Austin stunning the hell out of the McMahon family for the hundredth time (which most people seemed to enjoy) and the APA playing poker backstage leading to a brawl and Ron Simmons saying "Damn" (which not quite so many seemed to enjoy)? Do you really think that if Hogan or the Rock was there, they would have done anything other than talk for five minutes being sure to include every catch phrase they ever used?
Let's not forget, a lot of these guys are not even medically cleared for any physical contact. They really can't do much more than stand around and talk.
Was it a great show? Not particularly. Was it a bad show? Debatably. Were the retired wrestlers used as any realistic viewer would have expected? Yep.

Just throw a punch or two. They could have had more segments and better planned out but they got lazy

Somebody on Twitter said that ringside seats for the Manhattan Center were $835. Face value. Ouch.

I commented last night that I wasn't impressed, but I was also channel flipping during the matches so I missed some of it. I only cared about seeing the Legends.
I enjoyed the few moments with the Legends, but they could've done more or just gave them their own show at the Manhattan center on the Network.
Austin/Vince was great for nostalgia, but nothing else stood out.

Really enjoyed the show overall! The excitement was at WrestleMania levels leading up to it. They really should've done more in the Manhattan Center though, can't imagine being one of the fans there. I've always said to myself that I'd hate to attend an event set in multiple venues for this very reason.
The opening was amazing. Taker's speech was pretty vague, but I'm guessing that he isn't done yet. At least I hope not. Not sure why they never had Lita there among the women or even the likes of Beth Phoenix or Victoria. Jericho's appearance was great. Was waiting through baited breath for The Rock to interrupt Elias so I was a little deflated when Cena's music hit. Great seeing all the old faces. It was a fun night filled with nostalgia. I really tend to appreciate these kind of nights because you just don't know when or if you'll have all of these guys and gals together on the same show again.
