That seems like it was recorded in post. It is totally out of place.
It was kinda funny though. It was an Al Wilson segment...so maybe that had something to do with it.

Anytime Al Wilson would get on the mic Taz/Cole would usually rip em on commentary. So the ''ahhhh help!'' line pretty much is Cole saying don't give this guy a mic!!

I have watched Smackdown's from July 2002-Feb 2003 on the Network quite recently and bemusedly have no recollection of this happening
