I received a few Hasbros (Koko and an autographed Duggan #1) still on card in a lot. These cards are far from mint. I have all of the figures (loose) in my collection already, but I am still in need of their accessories. Should I try to resell them with the damaged cards or should I treat myself to some brand new figures and sell my old loose ones? **Please note that the cards are in a little rougher shape than what the photo shows.

Depends, do you have a loose collection? And do you need these two to help complete it? If you have a loose collection and need these two figures, then I would say open them. Koko on foreign card isn't as rare as an English carded figure, you could find another one if you keep looking and it may come in better condition. As for Hacksaw, if you like signed figures then I would keep it as is, but if you don't care about the signed aspect then I would open it - but still keep the card.

I need the accessories and not the figures. That said, the figures are obviously in New condition which is superior to the ones in my loose collection.

I would keep them both sealed and sell them if they didn't fit into your collection. You may even find someone willing to trade for their loose counterparts so then everyone wins.

Koko card is too nice to open, there are enough loose figures and Frankie around.

I'd just open them. I've done it with a bunch of MOCs for my loose collection. I want mint figures, so if I find them carded priced low enough, I'll do it no problem. Espeically if they're in bad shape or foreign cards.
Could care less about autographs unless it would be someone long dead like Owen or someone like that and there's actually proof of the signature.

I opened some of the Retros to begin a loose collection to complement my MOC collection in that line, and after close to two decades of being a MOC Hasbro collector, just doing that felt very wrong and strange to me - Christ knows how I’d be if I had to open an actual Hasbro after all these years But I agree with A$AP, I don’t really see the need to open those given the loose figure availability, but if you can’t find them at reasonable money then it’s your call. I wouldn’t do it, but I’ve clearly become damaged from collecting MOC figures all this time

If you want to open them, I would take a razor blade and cut around about 60% of the bubble so you can slide them out and display them. This way you can still slide them in and out and you won’t have any paper tearing. Would never ever demand a MOC price were you to sell them, but wouldn’t be the most disgustingly ugly display MOC with the cut bubble either.
OR
Take a hair dryer to the Duggan to heat up the glue to take off the bubble cleanly. so you can try to have an intact signed hacksaw card. Then you could clean up the glue stains with some goo gone(the orange smelling one). I have cleaned off price sticker residue with goo gone. Apply with a tissue, and wipe off JUST as quick with a clean tissue to avoid staining.

Open both. If you are not going to do it, the next owner will. There is no need to save any MOC figures that are not on a good card.
If you do, please try the heating method on Hacksaw. I would love to get the signed card if you are going to part with it.

Open the Koko and leave the Hacksaw card moc since its signed. Maybe buy a protective case for it.

Noooooooo, never open up Hasbro's! HaHa! Its all a preference I suppose though. What I would say, is if you don't want them carded, then sell the carded and purchase them loose
