No thanks. Why does Vince always think Alberto's going to work out? He is a heat magnet backstage, takes Class A drugs and abuses women. You just described Vince McMahon's past. So I did! Thanks for quoting me by the way, love seeing your sig.

But from a business point of view it makes zero sense.
His figures rotted the shelves. His merch didn't move. He didn't draw a dime. He didn't get a reaction from the crowd.
I would hate to see him going to either Raw or Smackdown and running through guys like Rollins, Balor, Aj, Ko etc.

Pretty funny if they bring him back again. I find his real-life drugged-up, nonsense-spouting persona way more entertaining than his wrestling character has ever been though. If he wants to live his gimmick, let him come back as a drugged up, nonsense-spouting idiot. Let's see what happens. We already have Woken Matt and Bray for that

Am I the only one who actually likes this? nah, I like him as a wrestler. Classic style, good heel mic work. I bet he's someone who'd benefit from less of a script... that said, I'm not sure I can stand beside him as a person.

Am I the only one who actually likes this? I enjoyed his first run but I don’t need to see him back.

Just put Andrade in that position. He’s better than Del Rio in every single way.

Maybe third time is the charm.
Sure, both of his first runs resulted in failed main event runs, not drawing a dime and putting crowds to sleep, but maybe this time it will work...
...I can’t post this with a straight face. Keep him away at all costs.

id love to go back in time and find posts on here when del rio debuted jeff jarrett is a notorious WWE "hater", bashed the company for years, never really won anything, and was an average wrestler at best...."never drew a dime", he gets the call for the hall of fame and everyones like " yeah! so deserved! its about time!" an internet report comes out that del rio met with vince and everyone is like "booooo that guy he sucks hes crap he trash talked the company hes nothing but a problem" same people probably marked the out for him when he came back couple years ago and beat Cena in 5 minutes

perfect response to the question of "what are they (WWE) thinking???":
Why not? Think about it from their perspective. They still want to aggressively expand into Latin America and they need top stars who they can drop in at the top of the card without having to “train” them to work WWE style (like Andrade) or avoid having them cut promos (Sin Cara, Kalisto, etc). So with Alberto, and Rey Mysterio, you're already starting with a main event guy, and as a bonus you're screwing over anyone else who might want to use him and make money in the market. I honestly don't see the downside from their point of view.

So....who is the young, single, naive, easily manipulated diva he's gong to hit on now?
