This is a subject that I have always been enamored with or enamored by. Furthermore, it begs the question of if superheroes could even work in real life here in the real world? Imagine a world of heroes or with a hero fighting crime. Kind of inconceivable to even think about but just imagine if it actually was a reality.
My stance on this subject being that conceivably I don't think it could work but it would be awesome if it did.

It'd probably be the Sokovia Accords x1000, assuming the superhero is government sanctioned. Us ordinary people already live in a world of red tape and a "we mustn't offend anyone" mentality. The superhero would have to abide by so many rules that it just wouldn't be the fantasy we'd hope it could be.
Or let's assume our hero is an accidental one who naturally finds his powers. You know the government (those guys again) would lock him up either for public safety or more likely, to test the living daylights out of him like a lab rat.

I think it would be a bit like The Incredibles. Everyone would get tired of the collateral damage and try to get rid of them. Not even one reply in and you turned it political. Oh well. This could have been interesting. The trolliosis is strong with Trump supporters. |
