Just out of curiosity... For all you loose figure collectors, what figures do you keep MOC? Also vice versa, for MOC collectors are there any figures you keep loose?
I am a loose collector but I have Hulk Hogan DM, Lost Legends Taker, and E47 AJ MOC.

I’ve got the series one tmnt superstars moc cos it’s a small line that won’t take up a lot of space. I open all my other figs. I’ll never understand moc collectors that don’t display all their figs. If you have room to do so great but a lot don’t.

I am an MOC collector....., but also I buy loose figs for my “sons toy collection”.... so there are two collections in my house but mostly not any duplicates of the other.

I think it’s very strange that people buy figures and don’t open them. I don’t get it. I buy 2 of most and keep 1 loose and another MOC as a just in case figure. If I didnt play with them I wouldn’t buy them.

It has to be something incredibly special for me not to rip open the packaging in the parking lot.

I'm a mix of both, I open them but keep the boxes. I used to be in this mindset until I looked around and counted 53 empty boxes in one of my guest room closets.

I have a mix of both loose and MOC. I’m seriously considering opening all the common main line elite/basic figures (especially the basics) and just keep the exclusives MOC. I’m quickly running out of space.

Not really MOC but I plan on putting All Stars Savage in Retrofest packaging. I don’t have any other wrestlers MOC but I do have ReAction/Super7 and some Kenner style Star Wars MOC. Also some NECA 8” clothed Evil Dead and Friday the 13th figures MOC.

I have all the Defining Moments with the newer packaging all MOC as well as any RSC Exclusive figures or anything like that, and then have all my elites, Jakks RAs and basics loose on display.

If I didnt play with them I wouldn’t buy them. I find it strange that some people still find it strange that not every person is like-minded or has the very same frame of reference. I also find it strange that beyond a young age that people still play with action figure toys. I am not a toy collector of any other kind and only began with this line because my son needed toys and I love classic wrestling. I can appreciate all toys because I had a lot myself growing up but these are a higher quality than anything I ever had and especially wrestling figures I always thought they were aweful. To me these are cool as hell in the box when it’s one of my beloved old time wrestlers in his most iconic attire. Yeah I will never play with it but once in a while it makes me smile to dig it out and see it brand new still in the box. ..And sometimes I decide to sell one off and I get more than I paid.

Both but we'll all the big things that are coming out now I don't buy two of the box sets like I bought one booty-o's box I bought one Festival of friendship if I see the Hardys at retail I'll pick them up... but usually just the elites and Basics are about twice one for a loose collection and one for my wall

All loose except the real weird/trash/silly gimmicks like Shockmaster, Yankem and Virgil. I also kept 3 DM figures sealed, Hulk, Shinsuke and the recent Macho. I'll probably keep The Shark sealed a well.
My decision is mostly because I find the majority of Mattels packaging ugly. But I really dislike modern packages designs overall.
I keep the weird ones sealed because it makes me laugh. the 3 DMs I have no real reason, I just never opened those 3 in particular and maybe I will one day. Maybe I won't.

All loose for me. My old apartment had 3 rooms and all 3 were covered with MOC WWE figures. Elite 32 was just hitting and I literally had no room left anywhere so I opened all of them and sold all the duplicates. I enjoy the hobby a lot more now than I did then. Worrying about the condition of packages? I don't miss that at all.

If I didnt play with them I wouldn’t buy them. So it's fine for grown men to buy toys and PLAY with them - but "strange" if they keep them MOC as collector or display items? OK...
