I'm a loose collector and have a Lost Legends Jericho MOC. Was a gift from the girlfriend and already owned one. I think she loves that the figure she got me looks more special and in the box.

Only Mattel I have loose is Walgreens Sasha Banks. I had it with a beat up box from Amazon, so I ended up getting a good one at Walgreens and decided to display the other one.

I collect loose only
I don't have any figures MOC - I did keep the Booty-o's box because it looks quite good and seemed a shame to throw it away, but I have taken the figures out for display

I started off collecting MOC to of figures I can get signed, but for a few months, i was buying a ton of loose Basics and Battlepacks with the intent to one day display them. Buying as many Basics as I was started to become way too much money, and I quickly realized I'll likely never have the room to display them all, so I stopped buying those, have sold about half, and still in the process of selling the others. Now I'm still just buying MOC figures, mainly Elites and DMs, but a few Basics if certain people do not yet have something better. But I do have duplicates of the Bálor painted Elites to some day open and display somehow cause those look really cool.

I think it’s very strange that people buy figures and don’t open them. I don’t get it. I buy 2 of most and keep 1 loose and another MOC as a just in case figure. If I didnt play with them I wouldn’t buy them. I am not a toy collector of any other kind and only began with this line because my son needed toys and I love classic wrestling. I can appreciate all toys because I had a lot myself growing up but these are a higher quality than anything I ever had and especially wrestling figures I always thought they were aweful. To me these are cool as hell in the box when it’s one of my beloved old time wrestlers in his most iconic attire. Yeah I will never play with it but once in a while it makes me smile to dig it out and see it brand new still in the box. This is me in its entirety.

I collect loose but have the earlier DMs MOC and everything I don’t have room for on a shelf MOC abut they’ll get opened. Also if it’s an exclusive like the TRU Virgil or cool packaging sometimes I’ll get 2 for MOC.

I actually plan on opening everything I have soon. Just going to keep the DM figures and a few I would like to have signed MOC.

I am a loose collector, but the only wrestling figures I have MOC are a B16? Wrestlemania IV Ultimate Warrior and 2 Basics (WWENS Sting and Brock Lesnar) I purchased just yesterday.

I open some to display loose on my multi-tiered shelf, and I keep some MOC and hang them on my walls. Figures I think are rare/hard to obtain are usually the ones I keep MOC. Shockmaster, RS Exclusives, etc. An example of one I recently opened was E57 Dillinger, specifically so I could put a WWE title on him.

I’ve always been a loose collector but a few months ago I went back and bought a few MOC elite HBKs and Triple Hs. Also bought a few MOC Jakks of them as well. Hope to get a few of the autographed some day but based on who they are I feel that may be pretty hard.

I think it’s very strange that people buy figures and don’t open them. I don’t get it. I buy 2 of most and keep 1 loose and another MOC as a just in case figure. If I didnt play with them I wouldn’t buy them. I find it strange that some people still find it strange that not every person is like-minded or has the very same frame of reference. I also find it strange that beyond a young age that people still play with action figure toys. Yeah I will never play with it but once in a while it makes me smile to dig it out and see it brand new still in the box. ..And sometimes I decide to sell one off and I get more than I paid. To each their own. And thinking something is strange doesn’t mean it’s somethin negative. I certainly don’t expect people to be like minded or think like me. I would just have no use for them if I didn’t use them. My other friends collect like I do. Sorry if you feel the word strange is insulting. People I work with think it’s strange that I still buy toys. Doesn’t bother me I do it for me. This person asked our thoughts I shared it. Don’t take it personally.

I'm a MOC collector, and I don't ever see myself opening a package. I have three Network Spotlight AJ's and all are MOC.

I am a MOC collector but I do have some loose figures; KMart Exclusive Champions Ultimate Warrior, Elite 47.5 Goldust, Elite Dusty Rhodes that came with WCW Ring, TRUs Exclusive Virgil, and Build-a-figure Million Dollar Man, Bob Orton, Sgt. Slaughter, and Rick Rude. I opened the Ultimate Warrior and Goldust because I ordered them online and when the figure arrived the card/box were in horrible condition so I decided to open them. I ordered the Dusty Rhodes off Ebay without the ring cause I don't collect rings. I opened each of the Build-a-figure figures to get the Howard Finkel figure (so I have that one loose as well). And I bought an extra TRUs exclusive Virgil to go with the DiBiase from the Build-a-figure set. I also have WWF Hasbro's MOC (almost complete) and an almost complete loose set as well (missing Crush #2 and 123 Kid).

The only time I keep a figure MOC is if I already have a loose figure of that same wrestler. Generally, I display loose and have no more than 1 of any given wrestler on my shelves. However, I'm a completist for a few specific characters such as Shawn Michaels, Samoa Joe, and Sgt. Slaughter, and I give each of them their own separate display area, and sometimes that includes keeping some figures MOC.
I've also been keeping the Retro figs MOC so far.

I have a bunch of moc but more loose. I enjoy doing both. Some I fee just look better moc. I have all the AJ Styles elites but 3 of them are moc, for example. I have most Taker Sting and Kane and many HBK elites moc and loose
