Has anyone been starting a marathon? I know I have as far as watching WrestleMania main events from WrestleMania 1 up to WrestleMania 33. Hell, I just started my marathon and not even halfway done yet.

Now if you were to watch a Wrestlemania once a day, you would have to begin doing that well over a month in advance. With there being 30 days in March and we are now on Wrestlemania 34, depending when the current Wrestlemania takes place, you may have to start the marathon in February to get it done by the time the most recent Mania begins.
I just don't have that much love or time to wanna do that. I did Wrestlemania marathons in the late 90s, or even up into the early - mid 2000s. But that is when the longest Wrestlemania would be 4 hours, and it was just easier to sit through.

I did a WrestleMania marathon a long before the WWE Network was just an idea. I have the WrestleMania 1-21 DVD set, and just binged before binge watching was a thing. After the debut of WWE Network, I just couldn’t watch only WMs back to back. I needed what happened before and what happened after. So instead, I started from Starrcade 1983 all the way to wherever we were at the time I caught up. That was fun!!

Watched the first 7 Mania main events and now watching WrestleMania 8 main events with Savage/Flair & Hogan/Sid. I am only watching main event matches on my marathon.

Oh yeah don't worry I will...trying to get all main events in one day today if not today at least to get my marathon done by tomorrow even at work while watching it on my phone.

Last year I did a marathon that lasted a good couple of months, watching every single WrestleMania. Given that before that point I'd never watched a full WrestleMania prior to WM24, it was a good historical lesson for me, and I highly enjoyed it (though I think it's only worth doing once). WrestleMania 1 was much better than I expected, and I thought it held up quite well. WrestleMania 2 was horrendously bad with the arena switching, and just a gigantic cluster . I don't think they pulled it off at all. Those were the two biggest things I remember thinking.

Yeah, there’s no way anyone will be able to do Mania marathons in about 10 years time, especially with each show now being like 20 hours long, you’d have to start in December.

I used to try to, but not really anymore. I've recently watched WM 19, but I think I'll just seek out some classic matches instead of full shows within the next few days.

Just got done watching the 60 Minute Iron Man Match from WrestleMania 12...HBK vs Bret for the title and honestly it is such a classic match. Finest bit of wrestling I've ever watched.

I've been at least attempting one since 2014, have only completed it once in 2015. I always start mine the day after the Royal Rumble, go through the "Road to WM", with the intention of finishing the Saturday before Mania (tomorrow as of my post), then watch the History of Wrestlemania documentary the day of. This year had 23 of the 33 Manias I own on DVD in near entirety (including any preshow matches released as extras), as well as the 14 HOF Ceremonies that have been released since 2004.
Proud to say (maybe) that as of this posting, I'm up to the Raw Women's Championship Fatal 4-Way from WM 33. Victory is essentially assured!
