Was just getting ready to post this.
This is probably why Roman lost last night.

Think you may need to hyphenate 'Re-signs' in the title, I though he'd quit!

Damn I read it wrong. Thought it said he resigned (like quit). Thought man that’s awesome!
Another year of horrible, hand cuffed booking upon us I guess

I knew he was gonna re-sign from the get-go!
First of all, the picture with Dana and Brock last month was to get fans going.
Secondly, Brock did a UFC fight WHILE being under contract to the WWE two years ago!
Thirdly, Dana White was sitting ringside at Wrestlemania.
Clearly Vince and Dana are working together to better each other and Lesnar is the magic key for both.

Probably held off for a foreign market so Roman will actually be cheered after winning.

Madness. So now, after planning for so long to have Reigns beat Lesnar clean in the middle of the Ring at Wrestlemania, they've decided to not pull the trigger on it so that they can instead do it on a Network only show, in a building where the majority of the Indian fanbase will cheer Reigns when he wins. It also defies belief to announce this prior to a Raw where many were thinking of tuning in as Lesnar might be dropping the Belt.

That does make sense. 90% of the audience in Saudi Arabia are going to cheer for Roman. Foreign countries have shown in past history to strictly walk the Face/Heel line.

But re-signs for how long? Doesn’t mean it’s long-term.

But re-signs for how long? Doesn’t mean it’s long-term. Just long enough to do the favor, brother.

Brilliant news, good business point too As much as many people complain, lesnar is a big attraction!

I honestly don’t see any point whatsoever in keeping Brock around. He isn’t making much of a difference in any fiscal manner, in fact, I honestly wouldn’t be overly surprised to see that he’s producing a net loss for the company anymore. If the idea is now for the title change to happen at GRR, what an absolute cluster they have created. Reigns should have taken it last night, the damage done was far greater than anything he’s going to gain by winning it now..

Can't blame the guy re-signing. Dude makes millions to wrestle a handful of matches. Wish they would have him drop the belt though and make him a special attraction like do a Brock Lesnar open challenge. Have him wrestle at the big PPVs and whoever beats him gets a contract for a championship match or something.
