As the Fabulous one is the woman's champion... How long to u think she's keep the title.
I'm hoping for a few months and they don't just throw her under the bus. I'm thinking probably summerslam?
What do u guys think?

If Ellsworth was still with her, I’d say a few months. Since he’s not I hope she gets at least two PPV defenses.

I would imagine she doesn't even make it past the first defense, providing it's against Charlotte.

I expect her to be in trouble once Asuka gets traded to SD.

I expect her to be in trouble once Asuka gets traded to SD. Yeah. She'll be lucky to make it to Backlash imo. It would be one thing if she still had Ellsworth to help her but on her own she's in trouble.

The problem is the womens rosters have tiers and if you're not on that upper tier you dont usually enjoy long success. You're more filler then anything. Charlotte, Alexa, Becky, Bayley, Sasha & Asuka are on that top tier. Everyone else is a notch down. I wouldnt be surprised if both Nia & Carmella have coughed up the titles by Summer.

Not very long I hope. It’s funny that both Women champs are probably among the least talented in the whole division. Pushing Nia is 100% a publicity move. A “Hey we love all shapes and sizes and we have no problem with making her our champ!” There’s nothing wrong with that either, but Nia isn’t really any good to be quite honest. Carmella, besides her looks, really is nothing special at all. On a roster where you have Becky Lynch, Charlotte, and potentially Asuka, someone like her shouldn’t be champ at the moment.

The length she held the briefcase doesn't at all correlate with how long she'll hold the title. If anything, it's probably a detriment to her chances of a long reign because they didn't think it was time to cash in until now AND she was largely absent for weeks at a time throughout the last several months. She may not even wind up defending against Charlotte because of the shake up, but regardless, I just don't see them keeping the title on her very long. I see this as a very transitional run.

Next PPV if she and Charlotte are both still on SD. If not then she’ll defend it at two PPV’s.

Not long. They've pretty much wasted her, and she's not been built up enough before the cash-in, to be considered a credible champ. Like someone said, she's barely been on SD recently - wrestling, or otherwise.

as sad as this seems, Carmella is a transitional/paper champion. I'd be surprised if she makes it to Backlash too, and if the title supposed to be defended on the Saudi card, then she's losing it there come April 27.

They have to hot potato the title back to Charlotte to show how great of a wrestler she is to meet and then beat her father's records. I am not expecting this to last that long, especially for a woman who doesn't even regularly have matches, let alone singles matches. In the last six months she's only had three, realistically two singles matches: Apr. 10 - vs. Charlotte with Money in the Bank cash in. Mar. 13 - vs. Naomi on Smackdown Oct. 10 - vs. Becky Lynch on Smackdown In that same time frame, she's been in thirteen matches (including the three above), and of those ten: Nov. 19 - Survivor Series '17 5-on-5 match Dec. 5 - Tribute to the Troops Jan. 23 - Mixed Match Challenge Jan. 28 - Royal Rumble '18 Apr. 8 - WrestleMania Battle Royal And the other matches were a 5-way match, 3-on-3 tag, a dark tag match, and a tag match. I can go back even further, for fun, April 1, 2017 to April 10, 2018 she's been in a total of nine singles matches counting her Money in the Back cash in...nine...the rest have been largely 2v2 or 3v3 tag matches. This doesn't give me a lot of confidence that they're going to have someone defend the belt for a long time as a singles competitor in a legitimate way, she hasn't really proven she can even be a solo wrestler, so why keep the belt on her? I pulled my info from: www.profightdb.com/wrestlers/carmella-10077.html?res=2000Because she is getting better in the ring and Charlotte's done all she can do with the belt so give Carmella a chance.

About the best thing going for Carmella is that she looks way better in a one-piece than Becky Lynch
