I literally just left a Target where they had nothing from the set except for 2 Ortons.

Judging by the Walmart displays I don’t think he was short packed as they all had about 10 of each figure in the displays at my three WalMarts when they first went out. But by the third day all the Orton figures were gone at all three stores. Everyone else was there in about the same numbers as days earlier.

I just don't know why they only painted the face with the new method, but the rest is the same bad paint? The face looks good but he looks like he's wearing a helmet with a chinstrap with that solid brown paint they used for the hair and beard. They should have used shading on his hair and beard and it would have been a much better figure. I completely agree. Unfortunately it seems Mattel half-asses everything they do these days. |

the beard looks terrible, as usual. They have such a hard time with “scruff”. I cannot understand how bad they are at it. Shinsuke’s faces have the same problem. His facial hair isn’t a full on thick beard, it’s thinner, but they just paint it as a full beard. Really hurt the figure imo. |

Yeah and don't the Elites come 8 in a case? The set has 4 figures, so there should be 2 of each figure in each case. That's what I thought, but Mattel has been screwy lately. For instance, they took Enzo out of Elite 55, which arrived at retail near me after Elite 56, and replaced him with Big Cass. But I don't see any Brocks and barely any Undertakers and Neville, instead just a ton of Cass and several Ellsworths. I don't get it. |

There’s plenty of Orton’s in the pics that people have posted. They just go fast or quicker than others. Earlier this week I saw 26 WM elites at a Walmart with no Orton left.
I think we can agree that E55 is an exception. By taking Enzo out they had to replace two figures per case, so they likely weren’t all the same across the country. The cases I saw had 2 Cass, 2 Neville, and 2 Lesnar, 1 Taker, 1 Ellsworth.

I found Orton at retail easily today while shopping. Yet, no Elite 55 to be seen. Just 54 and 56
