After the crap show the RAW tag team division has been in the last half year or more they really rebuilt it on the fly into something pretty awesome. American Alpha Ascension Authors of Pain The Bar Bray Wyatt & Matt Hardy Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntrye Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins and still have the Revival,Gallows & Anderson,Apollo & Titus and Rhyno & Slater.Pretty sure these teams will be moved over to smackdown to go along with Harper & Rowan,The Usos,New Day and possibly the debuting Sanity.Anyway you look at it RAW will clearly have the better tag team division post shake up. How are Ryder and Hawkins a tag team? Did they say they were re-teaming?

I love that AJ, Bryan, Nak and Orton are all still on SDL. Those four can put on clinics with each other for the next year and people wouldn’t get tired of it. Alittle surprised Orton didn’t move, but dirt sheets are saying it’s because he doesn’t work house shows and Vince isn’t happy with that. Whether true or not he’s still on the best show for him IMO.
Possibly add Balor and Jeff to that mix (I doubt Rollins and/or Ambrose move to SDL) and I’ll have little reason to watch Raw.

I enjoyed raw tonight. I was expecting to see Charlotte back on raw. Smackdown should be interesting tomorrow.

why the did the split Gable & Benjamin? seriously? those guys were good as a team....neither one is going to do a ing thing as a solo right now. what a stupid move and Mojo doesnt belong anywhere near RAW

so if this "mystery" guy is in the main event it's gotta be someone fairly big, and/or ready for the big time. im guessing Roode

I missed RAW because I had an early night as I have a chest infection and opening Instagram this morning and seeing Jeff with the U.S title hasn’t helped 🤮☹️

Alexa better win the title back soon. Nia is so bad. She’s worse then Charlotte. (Look BOOKER_T I said something about Charlotte that was only half an insult!) Stop it.

so i've been behind braun for a while now, kind of as that "dark horse" pick of a character. never actually thought he'd get as far as he has. but i gotta say, the crowds are BEHIND him. i'm not sure how it came across on tv yet...but the live crowd wanted him in during the whole main event tonight. they keep giving him ridiculous situations, but he kills it with every single one of them. braun strowman is meant to be THE guy at some point. maybe not just yet, but soon.
that was a little rambly and disjointed. long story short...screw the (4 year)roman experiment, time to give braun the chance and see how well he runs with it.

Remember when these two had the legit match of the year a few years ago ? That match was a botchfest, too. "Legit match of the year"... it was never MOTY - or even close to it.

And Gable reforming AA with Jordan is probably the best thing for both of them at the moment.

So far with this Superstar Shakeup, i like that they didnt move a lot of back and forth. Out of the 20 people moved, only 3 people switched back to the brand they started in 2016. 4 back and forth moves if you count the US Title. I remember when WWE had the draft, there were more people who'd move around every year. Personally i dont like that McIntyre is teaming with Ziggler. McIntyre would have faired better as a singles guy. The brand he's on would not be an issue for him, but i worry for him teaming with Ziggler. I dont like Gable splitting from Shelton, but maybe they're planning an American Alpha reunion so hopefully Jordan stays on RAW if that's the plan. I also dont like Mojo Rawley and Zack Ryder on the same brand. Those two should have been separated. I hope we get Rollins on SD. I can't see The Miz away from the IC Title when the past 3-4 years his career has been around that title. I would prefer Jeff Hardy on SD, but since he won the US Title, i see him staying on RAW. I do see the Hardys splitting up, so i see Woken Matt and Wyatt going to SD. I see the Balor Club, The Revival, Mandy and Sonya, Asuka, and Mickie going to SD as well

If Balor and Jeff Hardy end up on Smackdown then Raw could be in serious trouble. I also think Seth could end up over there as well.
Styles Nakamura Bryan Balor Hardy Rollins
Take. My. Money.

Was expecting a little more from the shake up to be honest. It looks as though Smackdown is once again going to be the more 'wrestling' styled show, while Raw keeps the big Superstar names. Thought perhaps Rusev would have been a good fit for Raw, and that Nakamura was a given to be drafted.
Smackdown looks like it could be seriously talented, but once again it seems like any major natural contenders to Roman's babyface throne will just be 'hidden' away on the B Show. The WWE most likely sees it, is that AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, Shinsuke Nakamura, Seth Rollins or Jeff Hardy, and possibly Finn Balor, can all fight it out on Smackdown for the WWE Championship, and means they've thrown the 'smart fans' a bone to keep them quiet, while Roman Reigns & Braun Strowman can remain untouched and unobstructed by potential sabotages from the smart crowd since the majority of their indy darlings are stuck on a different show.
On a side note, Braun is great as a face. He's been pushed in relatively similar fashion to how Roman has (though not to quite such lengths), but it makes more sense with him. He's a giant, it's more believable to see him squash people or not lose, and they've added the vital ingredient of comedy to his character which is making him get such a good natural reaction. Him just wrecking havoc all the time to a borderline laughable degree has done the World for him. His entrance at Wrestlemania summed the direction of his character up in a nutshell.

As I've said before, RAW should have the bigger roster. It's the longer show and it makes them the most money. So it's only logical to stack it. But they should really consider having the entire CW division drafted to SD. It films with SD anyway, so it'd make sense. And that alone would fill out the SD roster nicely.

Thought Raw was pretty great. Loved Ziggler and McIntyre. Not a pairing I ever would have thought about but both of those guys having that platform is awesome. Curious if they add a guy and make some kind of stable or if they work as a tag team. Jeff winning the US Title was a nice surprise as well. He could conceivably lose the title right back but it was a great moment. Sami and KO rubbing the dirt in Angle's face was great. That entire Miz TV segment was really good.
Glad they built to Bobby Roode but he needs to be heel imo. Same goes for Lashley. Those are two great heels working babyface out of necessity.
I'm hoping something comes of Mike Kanellis on Raw. I have no idea how long it's going to take Maria to get back now that she's actually had the baby but I have to think we're still looking at several months without her. So maybe he's a guy who can land in that role with Ziggler and Drew if they add a guy or two. Zack Daddy should be an option for them as well. At which point Maria can join them when she's ready to go.
Chad Gable on Raw tells me AA is likely getting back together. I'm for it. I expected Charlotte on Raw. That kind of throws off some of what I expect to see happen tonight. Sasha or Bayley, Absolution, and then Ember Moon maybe? Seth Rollins for sure and then hopefully Samoa Joe. Let Ambrose return to Smackdown as a heel when he's healthy.

I was hoping we'd get a lot of former TNA / ROH / NJPW guys over on smackdown, then they took Roode right at the last second, gonna be interesting to see who makes the jump tonight, Balor, Joe, Rollins, Miz and The Revival hopefully.
