$500,000 per ppv match and $100,000 to merely make an appearance on Raw? Does he deserve that? is he as big a draw as he used to be? I think the answer to both those questions is no. $500,000 to do the barest of minimums in his matches! I hope the rest of the roster is pissed and will let Vince know it. I hope there's more Punk and Neville situations!

This was basically the conservation between Brock and Vince:

He doesn’t wrestle much or appear much to begin with. He wrestled 6 PPVs last year and appeared a couple times and got 12 million.
If he did the same this year he’ll be making substantially less so it’s actualy a good deal on WWE’s side.

As long as everyone else is paid their share, it is what it is. I mean, if Vince wants to pay Brock that, it doesn't affect me any. But I think wishing for "more Punk & Neville situations" is a bit much... honestly.

Plus he's going to be leaving in a few months to start getting ready to go to the UFC. So he will take 3-4 months off.

1. Contract details are almost always hearsay. 2. People aren't going to walk out. 3. Brock Lesnar was enough of a draw to help sell tickets, which in turn generates merchandise sales, which winds up in the pockets of the full-time roster.
When Brock Lesnar isn't drawing enough money to warrant his contract, he won't have a contract. It's that simple.

Can't be more than $3-5 million a year. He only works a handful of dates. If he wrestles 5 matches that's only $2.5m. Figure he makes a handful of Raw appearances leading up to those matches and you're talking another $1.5 million? That's figuring he'll do more work now than he's done in the past since he's by appearance. Seems like a good deal for WWE based on what they had been rumored to be paying him.
If he works more dates then they'll get more out of him. That's best for everyone imo.

Because at the end of the day Neville was a huge draw Like it or not Brock puts asses in seats and eyes on TVs. I'm tired of the guy, but if Vince is still willing to pay him that he's getting a good return on him. If he's drawing that much in then the wrestlers are happy to be on the same card as him as they will be getting paid more.

I mean, I do think it's disgusting that he earns so much for doing so very little, but I wouldn't complain at all if I were in that situation. With his contract, he must be really enjoying life.

Brock was interesting but he's now as stale as these chips I had at lunch.

it’s more just a sad example of how damaged the wrestling industry is that we rely on a name that was largely built elsewhere as the main draw.

That's kinda crazy, but man,I'm envious of that. I would leap at the chance to lead his kind of life.Basically have my own little kingdom with no people or a 9 to 5.

The thing about Brock is that he's basically the only guy that feels "real" these days. Heyman's promo last night was actually spot on.

I've never understood the fascination over what people make. It's not like Vince had a gun to his head when he signs each pay cheque, nor will it make the slightest bit of difference to my life.

I personally find it funny watching people get angry over how much someone, specifically Lesnar makes. It's none of my business how much he makes, nor do I care. If he can make that much money then more power to him.
I feel like this whole 'Lesnar didn't show up' angle that they did before WrestleMania really reeled people in hook, line and sinker.

Why hate Brock Lesnar? What's he supposed to do, request that they lower his salary? The bottom line is that if somebody is stupid enough to pay you that much, you take it. Don't hate on Brock Lesnar, blame WWE if you're unhappy with what he's paid and how he's used on the shows.
I personally don't care what the wrestlers are making. It's coming out of Vince McMahon's pocket, not mine.

Not a fan of his work since he returned in 2012 but lol fair play to him. I wish I could make that much doing the bare minimum 🤷🏽♂️

Hey good for Brock for getting the best deal possible. Everything strives for as much money as possible to do as little work as possible, regardless of what profession they are in.
If you’re mad, be mad at Vince.
