I wrote them and got a shipping label..but idk..there response was trash and made it seem like they were doing me a favor(one time courtesy).. this happens all the time but i never care enough to write them or get it fixed..until today I had a similar experience. I got a battle pack with Charlotte and it looked as though he paint from the hair got all over the face. I got the same "one time courtesy" line. I feel like they have a tight enough relationship with Mattel that they coudl return defective figures to them. I am not an expert on how that works so I may get crushed for saying this but it seems reasonable to me. That seems like a crap response and bad customer service. If the paint looks that bad they shouldn't have shipped it to you in the first place. That should be on Mattel to replace or reimburse distributers for quality control issues like that. So basically RSC will help you on the first bad figure you receive, but after that your SOL?

I am truly puzzled by her hip joints. I have never seen a composite style like that. I'm sure the second you went to pose her it felt totally different on both sides.

Face scan is a hit or miss it seems. Which is unfortunate because when they get it right it looks amazing.

This is possibly the scariest thing I have ever seen! There HAS TO BE a Twilight Zone episode about this face out there somewhere.

I stopped ordering there long ago, unless it's a big order and I'm getting some really good prices. I wait on Amazon. Lower prices, free shipping, 2 day shipping, and they will take back almost anything.

Try contacting Mattel directly. They should refund you the money in the form of a voucher or just a check for what you paid for her.

Face scan is a hit or miss it seems. Which is unfortunate because when they get it right it looks amazing. I pass on most figures because I don’t have a need for them anymore. However, I just saw Mickie James at Target and it looked fantastic. I had to do it. I purchased a non-WMIII figure.

Been doing business with RSC for over a decade now, write them an email and they will take care of it. RSC is an A class business.
