So I've been in discussion with a couple of people, and they've advised me to make this. Sorry, T. Climbing over your head here.
So people can use the Marvel thread for other discussions, like Venom/Deadpool trailers and the upcoming Cloak and Dagger premiere, I'm separating lock from key. Not everyone is gonna be able to see Avengers the first weekend/week. And I saw the giant clustereff The Last Jedi turned the Star Wars thread into regarding first week's spoilers. Not repeating that.
Keep all Infinity War talk in here from premiere until either myself or T decide this isn't needed anymore. Enjoy the movie.
Any Infinity War spoilers posted in the main Marvel thread till this is removed will get warnings or worse depending. You've been warned.

Going to see the movie tomorrow night. Got some stuff spoiled to me online, but it was nothing too bad. I've been waiting for this movie since Civil War came out two years ago.

Saw the midnight showing. It was awesome. As someone who’s seen all the films and thought he had it figured out, there were a lot of surprises.

Did they kill off any of the cash cows? Yeah. Enough of them that it seems likely the next movie will bring them all back to life and render the whole thing pointless.

I guess the flipside could also be that all of those that we think were killed were actually spared, and the ones left alive at the end are actually the ones that were killed. Sort of a mindhug angle.

Just got back from seeing it. I loved it. I liked how it ended on a dark note, similar to Empire Strikes Back.

Dear lord, what a roller coaster. I’m a bit confused how they’ll play things out, since Spiderman has at least one more movie already announced. I still feel like theres one trick left. I’m sure Captain Marvel and Antman 2 will set up a way to bring everyone back in Avengers 4. Which actually makes sense now because it just hit me as I typed this that Spiderman 2 is set immediately after Avengers 4. I’m holding out hope this isn’t the end for everyone we lost in Infinity War.

Just came back and wow, fantastic movie, ending got me kind of confused , why didn't everyone die? Thanos’ goal was for 50% of people to die.

Saw it yesterday afternoon. Far better decision seeing that than going to my 2pm lecture haha. I haven't been the biggest Marvel fan in the last few years, kind of lost interest after Age of Ultron so I didn't really have any expectations going in and man, I was blown away. By far the best movie I've seen all year - I'll definitely have to get caught up on all the movies I've missed.
I'm assuming they'll use the Time Stone to bring back the people that died in the sequel. Can't wait for that.

I reckon the ending bit with young Gamora will get to Thanos, making him use the time stone to go back before he sacrificed her and thus restoring all the people who were killed.
