In before the inevitable ‘none are rare because they’re all mass produced’ comment.

The one-off Warriors made for the man himself.
And this, which was made for a contest winner:

I feel like this topic comes up a lot. Is it really even that interesting of a thing to know?

All I know is I want a Shad Elite Chavo Guerrero Elite & Basic Mike Knox and I don’t want to pay over $25 for the figure with $25 shipping it’s dumb. I should never have passed on them.

None really are rare, but after I got into collecting elites, the only one I wanted that I never once saw at retail was e16 Nash.

At one point MDT said the Mr. Mcmahon mail away had the lowest print run. But that was a long time ago.

1st RSC bret hart exclusive DM triple h DM bret hart Legends series 6 excluding warrior fetch a decent price, especially von erichs RSC ses cm punk Legends martel Legends bundy Legends rockers Elite 16 Nash
All of these tend to go for a good bit secondary market, doesn't make them rare so to say, but if I were going to consider some "rare" it'd be these

Most of the figures mentioned don't come up for sale often, but aren't rare in terms of quantities produced.
Of figures available at mass retail, the HoF Jerry Lawler and George Steele are probably among the rarest sold in stores, since they were packed 1/case in a store exclusive series. If you distinguish between the SDCC and DM Undertaker, it may be the most rare. The Matty Collector also seem fairly limited. In the main line Nash/Diesel are probably relatively rare since they were short packed but there are still probably more figures produced than "common" figures from store exclusive lines.
Obviously the limited edition Warrior figures as well, but if we're talking widely available figures those above are probably among the lowest produced.
