Heel Roman Reigns vs Babyface Daniel Bryan would be a HUGE money match for the main event of WM35.

Only way Roman could go heel at this point is to beat the ultimate underdog Daniel Bryan...brutally.
But no, instead they put him in a feud with WWE's top heel in Jinder Mahal, and they'll find a way to make Roman look like he underdog even though he's bigger than Jinder and, while Jinder is the top heel, he has won one match since his transitional drop to Jeff. Roman will go over, kill what momentum Mahal has left, and we'll get another Roman/Brock match at SummerSlam.
Hell, this is really telling. If WWE pulls a swerve and puts Jinder over at MITB even with a dirty win with a Singh distraction, the pop Jinder is gonna receive for winning will probably cause an earthquake in Chicago. That's how bad the Roman situation is right now.

Guy this ing guy is clueless. If Roman Reigns thinks he is heel then why in the hell is he still wrestling heels. He should be a heel and face a strong babyface. The reason why people boo him cause he sucks in the ring and his mic skills aren't all that great & sounds like a ing robot when given a scripted promo. Come on! Whether you hate him or not you have to admit he is good in the ring. That's not why he gets booed. He gets booed because of his character and the fact that people know that Vince is choosing him despite the fact he isn't getting over organically. I don't hate him as a person but I hate his character. he is very one dimensional and comes off boring to me, his matches except the ones with Braun Strowman were pretty boring including the two Lesnar matches at WrestleMania & Greatest Royal Rumble and Samoa Joe at Backlash. His mic skills are whatever but this guy needs a fresh coat of paint. Nobody wants to see this guy in the main event. Let Roman win the MITB contract. Then let Seth defeat Brock at SummerSlam... clean! Roman cashes in on Seth moments after his big win. Roman doesn't think it's an issue and he doesn't understand why Seth is so upset. But after a few weeks, Roman cheats to defeat Seth in the big rematch. Then Roman can officially be a heel and it'll give us something new for a change. Which is what WWE & Roman DESPERATELY need. Just a thought. I know it's a thought but Roman is wrestling Jinder Mahal at Money In The Bank and the Raw field for the ladder match is filled with Strowman, Balor, Roode, & Owens. I don't want to see Roman Reigns win anything. We all know that Vince ain't turning Roman heel and if he did it would have happen already. I really think the WWE should invest in some public speaking lessons for him. I agree. This is reason why WWE ask Cena and Miz to be interviewed because they know how to answer questions and give great answers. Roman just doesn't.

The "people boo me, so aren't I already a heel?" argument is so tired. No, you're not a heel. Until you're booked to wrestle primarily babyfaces, you're not a heel. This AND the "if he turns heel, the crowd will just cheer him" argument. 1. You are not booked as a heel until the announcers are condemning your actions. You should not be praised for attacking Mahal backstage. 2. If Reigns turns heel the crowd will continue to boo him because he will still be a main eventer, taking up the main spot, being the focal point of the show. Its when you begin to do your job well enough and the crowd begins to enjoy your work is when they start to cheer you. Then thats when you turn him back to a babyface. Miz is currently in that role. He was so hated for a long time and now gets pops more than boos.

Maybe that could become the case over time as Reigns proves himself as a viable, entertaining heel act, but it certainly won't be the case to start. People hate this guy. There is a genuine bad vibe surrounding him and everything he's involved with.

I have a feeling this will be the John Cena thing all over again. No matter how many times he gets booed they won't turn him and eventually he will get the label "greatest superstar of all time".

The reason I cannot stand the way they present Roman (aside from still having the same Shield music/outfit) is that they are making him complain like a bitch that the management at WWE is screwing him out of title wins?!?!?
He got smashed by Lesnar at Mania fair and square, then for some odd reason, gets another title rematch 2 weeks later and loses, but again its the "I'm getting screwed from the bosses" storyline. Problem is, he shouldn't have had a rematch (in kayfabe). This is the reason why people boo him because they present him as something he clearly isn't.

I've said this before, but it bears repeating... he simply hasn't got the mic skills or charisma - like Flair, Piper, Vince, Heyman, Raven, Austin, Rock, HHH, Michaels, Jericho, Punk, Owens, Joe, Elias, Enzo - even Steph, that are required to be a top heel. Most of the time, a program is carried by the heel. Reigns' limitations would be exposed even more than they are now, if he turned.

Roman has the personality of a ham sandwich with no cheese. Turning him has some challenges as well, but still will serve him better.

I had my heart sat on Roman turning heel after defeating The Undertaker. I thought the seeds were officially planted but boom he gets attacked by Strowman and then becomes the underdog babyface in that feud. It would've been the perfect moment. The fans still booed him because he is no Daniel Bryan in terms of being an underdog. In fact on one episode of raw didn't Braun get a really loud pop by flipping over a car Roman was in or something like that? I forgot whose podcast it was, but they said Braun was bordering on the edge of being a massive star, that he needed to be moved on from Reigns quickly and beat Brock for the belt. I agreed, dude was white hot during that run with Reigns. Again though, the WWE creative team is just terrible, Stephanie’s talent is being Vince’s daughter, Road Dogg is average and they have a bunch of TV writers and Michael Hayes/Vince McMahon well the game has clearly passed them by.

Presenting him as an underdog isn't going to work because the fans that boo him know in real life he is the chosen one whether we like it or not.

NXT is too good for me to believe Triple H is running that and Raw/Smackdown with autonomy.

Plus the way he's booked, when he sits there and complains about being screwed over, or Brock being "Vinces boy" There is a huge eyeroll from alot of the audience because they know thats BS.

Agreed. I think its very unlikely Reigns will ever turn heel. I was desperate for Cena to turn heel 10 year ago, it would have been amazing. They got the chance now as others have said, Reigns v Bryan could be his heel turn. Let's just hope they WWE does it.
