Yeah you’re right that’s what Mattel is getting at ... grow up youre the one into figures made for kids homie Good point sir. We'll get our elite Surfer Stings. I'm betting we'll see at least two, DM WCW Goldberg, And Hogan back in the fold by SDCC. Which means we'll all be pretending to beat on our chests, throw air punches, and play air guitar with imaginary championship belts in celebration. Along with Hercules, Barbarian, and Greg Valentine.

Yinno, where did the term "Surfer" Sting come from? I know he hailed from Venice Beach, CA, but I've always been curious where that originated...
As for the figs; at least Sting is in pretty plain colors. Let's save the more colorful Sting's for Elite's, whenever Mattel decides to get the ball rolling!

There is absolutely no reason for us not to have these basic Stings in elite form...but lemme run right out and get my elite Tugboat.

mattel is getting into the Jakks BCA era with these accessories smh "We can't afford to put accessories into battlepacks anymore" So lets give toysrus who we already knew was paying us with a credit card and iou's, battlepacks with multiple accessories for similar price as regular battlepacks. While where at it, lets destroy the defining moments line so bad that five below got truck loads of them for 1/5 the original retail price. Lastly we can't even get retail exclusives to the actual stores so an online retailer can buy a bunch of the old stock collecting dust to sell off.

It didnt come around until he let his his hair grow put brown, then it took all the way off when he became Crow Sting. Just a way to differentiate the eras of Sting. Bladerunner, Surfer, lost, Crow, Joker.

Kudos to Mattel for making a new Undertaker figure circa 1992 instead of just doing a straight re-release of his debut figure. It's hard to tell if it's a new Taker figure. It looks a lot like the Wrestlemania Heritage or Entrance Greats versions.

Can they replace the shovel with the EG tie, and use the plastic from the surfboard and make a DM style jacket instead? Lol:(

Awesome set! This feud would have been amazing in 1991. Sting and Warrior vs Undertaker and Jake the Snake.

I actually like it!
I’m an elite collector and I display loose, but this basic pack along with the undertaker evolution pack are great to display MOC and I don’t have to worry about opening them to add them to my loose collection.
They just look better in the package imo
The only negative thing I have to say is that while I dig that surfboard I HATE that creat-a-superstar shovel. If that is the only shovel Mattel has made then add an urn lol, it would have been easier on the eyes. It kinda makes it look tacky.

Is the hair similar to the wrestlemania heritage or entrance great? To me, that would be one significant difference between the debut undertaker and 1992 undertaker.

Yeah you’re right that’s what Mattel is getting at ... grow up youre the one into figures made for kids homie And so are you? What’s your point? I don’t view Mattel changing figures articulation as a direct attack against people. That’s childish. Just like your response to me.

it's the wrestlemania heritage style but it looks to be a shade of purple kinda like how the then now forever hair color was
