“Can you go someplace and say that it is legit when it doesn’t exist? How can you say it is legit? It defies all odds. You cannot have a Hall of Fame if you cannot visit. It is the creation of someone’s mind. It boggles my mind that people care about being in the Hall of Fame when it doesn’t even exist. Would you go to a grocery store but there is no food? It is such a freaking joke it drives me crazy. I don’t give a . The Hall of Fame doesn’t exist,” Steiner said. “You can’t visit it. I get so sick of talking about it because it is so stupid. People take it so seriously. Some guys really just mark out for themselves and think of how great it is. It is freaking fake. It doesn’t exist. It’s crazy. People ask me that question all the time but I give the same answer all of the time. It doesn’t exist. You might as well put the Hall of Fame on the moon. It’s the same crap. You are never going to go to the moon to visit the Hall of Fame. I don’t care if it was on earth; you wouldn’t visit it either.” Steiner was also asked if he would accept an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame if offered. He said it all would come down to money, as he feels the honor warrants a payment. Steiner said it amazes him that people accept induction into the Hall of Fame for free and he would never do that. “It’s like anything else; you have to pay,” Steiner said. “He [Vince McMahon] gets paid for the show. The Network pays for him to have the show. If you are going to pay me, sure. Pay me! These guys do it for free, but the whole concept is crazy to me. It is amazing–but, people do it.” (Pro Wrestling & MMA World)

In his rambling, which I always love, he made some salient points. Vince does make money off of the whole Hall of Fame show and production. The fans go to see and hear from their all time favorites. They should be paid. And they do need a building, maybe in Stamford, for it.
Steiner is also the only wrestler I ever touched lol. I gave him a good pat on the back as we destroying Test in the front row of a Raw in 2003. I told him kick his a** and he turned and was like “yeah”. I will forever mark out for Big Poppa Pump.

Vince is just waiting for Steiner to put that Shoney's up sale and he is going to build the HOF there.

Steiner will never happen. Sadly. He's discussed many times how the HOF and legends deal are all jokes

I don’t agree with Steiner. It doesn’t matter to me that it doesn’t physically exist. I don’t care that the sports hall of fames exist but I still like knowing who has been inducted.

I don't think there's anything impossible after Bret coming back, and Jarrett. Cept Benoit and probably Owen.

Ive always thought they got paid. $5000 to be inducted and $2500 for the person who inducts them

"The Hall of Fame is fake, it doesnt exist...its a joke"
"Oh but if you want me in it you gotta pay me"
Its amazing that the gimmick was Rick being the dumb one. I still want a Steiner Brothers elite set though.

I definitely want a Steiner Brother's tag team, especially from their WWF run. He doesn't have to be in the hall of fame to get a figure but it sounds like he would want more money than they are willing to pay. As for having a physical hall-of-fame, that would be cool, having artifacts from wrestling history you can go and see. Connecticut makes sense, so does New York - somewhere close to Madison Square Garden. If they don't want a set location, they could always do a traveling hall-of-fame. I think the Negro Leagues had something like that. For all the big events, they could bring artifacts and have a display where people can come and see it. Get some of the old championships, pictures from the biggest moments, tights or ring attire from the top stars, Andre the Giant's boots, etc.

We had Steiner maths, now we have Steiner philosophy! "You know they say that all men are created qual, but you look at me and you look at the WWE Hall of Fame and you can see that statement is not true. See, normally if youre any other wrestler, you got a 50/50 chance of going in the Hall of Fame. But Im a genetic freak and Im not normal! So you got a 25% AT BEST chance induct me. Then you add HHH to the mix, your chances of inducting me drastic go down. See at next years Hall of Fame, you got a 33 1/3 of inducting me, but I, I got a 66 and 2/3 chance of not inducting me because HHH KNOWS he cant induct me and hes not even gonna try! So Vince, you take your 33 1/3 chance minus my 25% chance and you got an 8 1/3 chance of inducting me. But you take my 75% chance of not getting inducted, if we was to go one on one and then add 66 2/3 per cents, I got 141 2/3 percent chance of not getting inducted. See Vince, the numbers dont lie and they spell disaster for you at the Hall of Fame!"

NY is a busy/large place and even though theres tons of people visit there I cant say its a "tourist" destination.
