Team 3D were originally to be called The Deadly Boys in TNA. Devon Deadly instead of D-Von Dudley, and Brother Ray Deadly instead of Bubba Ray Dudley.
I was reading an interview where Bubba said that they made Deadly Boys shirts that were scrapped - have any of these shown up anywhere?

No, but that may explain something now. I am 100% sure that the Dudley's came in on Impact and then left for a month or so, before coming back again. So maybe they had plans for the Deadly Boys (which sounds dumb actually) and waited it out and went with Team 3D (which actually sounds much better).

West: "Deadly Death Drop! There it is! Through the table!!"
Tenay: "The Deadly Boys sending Homicide through the table! The Deadly Boys standing tall!"
Deadly Boys just doesn't sound right.
