He actually did say those people but also went on to say: "But for a one-off match now, I'd need it to be a tag-team match where Hunter (Triple H) and I can just do a few crotch chops and have some fun." I hope he stays retired. No need to tarnish that send off. Plus, I can't see anybody in the current full time roster that would make sense for him to fight.
I know people say Bryan or AJ....but what's in it for either party involved? If HBK comes out of an almost 10 year retirement to fight AJ or Bryan, who wins? Does HBK make this grand return just to lose? He doesn't need the money, so if they pitch it to him as it's going to be a loss, I don't see why he'd even do it. AND if he comes back after almost 10 years and beats a full time performer like AJ or Bryan, what does it do for them? He comes back, beats them, and goes back into retirement...what has been gained?
I say just stay retired. We already got 8 extra years of HBK in his second run that we never thought we'd get after the 1998 injury and retirement. As a fan, I'm content with his career.

Maybe at WM John Cena can put over a fresh young face like HBK, just like he did last time around with that up and comer the Undertaker.

I feel like we missed the boat on this by a few years. I love HBK, but he even said that he would need it to be a tag match, and I don't need to see him work a match with Triple H ever again.

But if they can't get stone cold to do it I'd settle for Hogan or kurt as rock's partner |

I hope he stays retired as it's refreshing to see a wrestler stick to his retirement as opposed to doing what Terry Funk and Ric Flair used to do. IF he definitely wants to come back then I'd personally want to see him face AJ Styles.

Too late to do it. He looks like his dad now. Shawn isn’t built like others who have successfully done it, like Goldberg, Taker, Hogan. He’s lean and much more susceptible to breaking something at his age so I don’t think he can have the match anyone might imagine for him, like he could do an occcasional superkick but that’s it. Maybe have him come in as a GM if he wants to be involved.

Looking at his eyes, I doubt he can even see straight enough to wrestle anymore. Also, never mind that he's 50 odd, hasn't wrestled an actual match for years, and would most likely be a shadow of his former self... but for some, him cutting his hair is the deal breaker. Only on Wfigs.
