Received this in the mail today. It's a good thing I'm not a MOC collector because it came in mangled. Threw the Intercontinental title on him and swapped the knee pads, in case anyone wanted some photos.

Who on earth did you get it from? Must have been badly packed Amazon. Just the one figure so they threw it in an envelope.

Wow! Your picture has almost convinced me to go loose! Lol He’s awesome with the IC title on him.

Like I said, not a MOC collector so as long as the figure is fine I'm not complaining.

The one in south Jersey usually uses boxes, but then I have had figures come from WA that have been in envelopes. Which I hate only because I’m an envelope if it is crushed there’s a chance the figure got damaged as well.

I had preordered Jericho and Austin from Amazon and the came in perfect. I agree that it must depend on the facility it came from.

Facilities surely have differing boxing sizes, but there’s zero reason as to why the system would ask for a bag instead of a box for a boxed item. The person packing it should also be smart enough (ha!) to actually put it in a box instead, but that doesn’t happen.

Y2J uses the smaller knee pads.

Awesome figure but how annoying is it when they refuse to give certain guys knee pads because it matches the tights deco (HBK) but then they give Jericho incorrect pads with unnecessary deco. At least it's easily fixable but shouldn't be necessary.

At least it's easily fixable but shouldn't be necessary. The no kneepads for Michaels drives me. The worst is the odd time they leave out wrist tape. I prefer these pads on Jericho to the smaller ones because these cover the entire knee without leaving a gap between the pads and the boots, though sacrificing the gap in the back that he has in his gear. The smaller pads also look awkward because this figure is too tall in terms of scale. The small pads make his legs look oddly long.

I've been holding off ordering this figure 'cuz I already have the EG Jericho and the basic to elite upgrade wasn't worth the bucks to me, but that shirt... I want it!

I ordered this one because I got tired of waiting for a WCW version. Not really a fan of the tights, but it'll do. Going to repaint the kneepads on mine. It was supposed to arrive today and somehow the USPS screwed up the address and didn't deliver it.

The shipping package is based on the item dimensions in the system, which tells the packers exactly what to put the item in (the larges letter/number code printed on the box/envelope). Do you know if you ordered the same dimensioned figures when you got the different packages? I was an inbound operations manager for California's largest Amazon robotics fulfillment center, but know a decent amount of outbound.
