I mean we've never got a Chad Gable Elite and probably still haven't. I mean in the quantities Smyths order in Mickie would probably sell. But I still don't understand why they would get rid of them two anyway especially when there was a bunch of Berserkers and wrestlers that if anyone knew anything about figures would know they would rot. Smyths can't cherry pick who they want out of a set. Mattel decides who gets what and that's why we haven't got Mickie or Gable. This isn't the first time something like this has happened either. A few years back the UK didn't get Nash in E16. Or e19 elizabeth if I remember rightly.

This is actually becoming ridiculous for UK collectors, not enough stores carry elites which isn't your fault I admit but in the end they get bought by scalpers and we're forced to pay £40 on these figures. Another question is, why are we missing Elite Chad Gable and Elite Mickie James, two figures we've been wanting for ages yet they get cut? It's a joke, what's the point of releasing Jason Jordan if you can't have his tag team partner. What's the point of just cutting out a big chunk of your market it generally makes no sense. Edit: I don't think people understand the magnitude of the issue, we have a lack of series as it is again not Mattels fault but now we're missing guys from series that we should 100% be getting. Imagine if Ringside didn't stock one figure from every series that people wanted. You'd be annoyed as well right? Where was this demand for Mickey James when her Wrestlemania XXVI figure was rotting on shelves even years after she was gone from the company?

You guys in the uk complaining about mattel's horsecrap distribution need to wake up and smell the coffee. We are actually going backwards at walmarts for elites, targets rarely restock and when they do its 1-2 series behind walmart now and have been for last year or two. Toysrus is almost done for, gamestop charges $30 for a regular elite in nice packaging that some people are ok with paying extra for.
Walgreens does a good job at getting in exclusives, but not at elites or basics cause they only get new stock 2 figures at a time.
Oh and to top it all off we are getting more god damn zombies.
So what does that leave us ? RSC, Amazon, and ebay.

So what does that leave us ? RSC, Amazon, and ebay. Aww I wasn't going to interject but the naivety of our colonial collectors is too much for me to sit on my arse and not say anything! In the UK since the close of TRU we have one store that regularly stocks wwe figures, Smyths, this is excluding small independent stores which are not readily accessible for all of us! Since I don't know e53 the intake of elites has been dropping at a rate beyond comprehension to the point where we as collectors are having to stock hunt in order to get what we want! For example my local smyths stocked 2 e54 usos so I was super lucky to bag them, the same can't be said for the others around me! The last time I went to the states figures were plentiful albeit fairly repetitive in their distribution! And on a side note for any American to complain about the price of elites I implore you to take a walk on the wild side and see how crap the exchange rate is at the moment! Pair that with our cost of living and all of a sudden £19.99 or $27 is entirely unfeesable to keep up with! And that's isn't taking rsc into consideration who charge through the nose to deliver to the UK! Now don't think for one moment I'm looking for sympathy because looking at the toxicity of this forum I highly doubt I'll find yet! Actually I'll be waiting on bated breath for the trolls among us. However I have said what I wanted and to those who bother to read this I thank you for your time!

What I will say is this has been the worst year for me as a UK collector. Flashbacks are as good as gone and Elite's are becoming impossible to find. I only have one local Smyths beside me and it is only bringing in a few of each Elite set. So far I have missed out on lots of guys because once they're gone they don't come back into stock. Collecting WWE figures used to be enjoyable and fun but now I might aswell stop. I agree with this... I've collected Mattel WWE since day 1 and this is easily the toughest/least fun it's been: - hardly any Flashbacks in the main line - no store exclusives (like Target's Hall Of Champions and Walmart's Flashback series) - figures like Entrance Greats being ridiculously expensive (£33 GBP/$44 USD) - no more Retro series And now (seemingly) we have Mattel pulling a figure out of the last two UK Elite series... which is quite perplexing(?). I'm just pleased I don't want many figures in the main line these days... I used to buy every single Elite figure, but now it's only 1 or 2 per series - the money saved helps soften the blow for US exclusives(!). Since the original post seems to be lacking quite a bit of context, are you saying that cases shipped to the UK are missing James and Gable figures entirely? Or simply that they're hard to find? If the UK is getting a different case configuration than the US, that's definitely newsworthy. Cases shipped to the UK are missing figures entirely - E58 had no Mickie James and E59 had no Gable.

The UK is lucky in the wwe bluray/dvd department. Every wwe set comes in bluray over there. we get 1 maybe 2 here a year

If you think paying 40 for an Elite is bad, come to Australia where standard Elites in stores are $30, which adds up when you want the New Day for example. Don't even get me started on how much it is to buy them online.

Smyths are basically the only carrier for online (since The Entertainer is the worst online business company on the planet). They only get a few cases of the new series so they sell out in about 5 minutes and never come back. So that only leaves a couple of private ones or spend more money on Ebay. We also have sites charging stupid amount for figures. I know it happened in the States but them DM figures and even Entrance Greats have rotted over here because they're just too much but in the end they stop ordering good figures that we want until they sell. Rarely happens. And also we get the same stupid zombie figures too.
