Maybe nxt should be a brand like raw and sdown ? Everytimes they is a takeover ppv, they stole the show, and then they went to raw or sdown and they are jobbers... Most of the line up of nxt are under 205 lbs, so ciampa, richochet johnny wrestling, fish, oreilly, strong etc so if they dont go to 205 live, they will be jobbers for orton, cena, reigns, etc... Except for balor, shield , owens , most of nxt talents are jobbers for raw and sdown. And they cant do the style they do on nxt.

It kind of already is.
The men and women training in the Performance Center who aren't on NXT television is the true "developmental" at this point, from my perspective.

I also think that going too far with it as the third brand would take away from what they have going for it. It’s special. You get five top notch shows a year with great talent, and they revamp the roster like crazy with great talent as others go to Raw or SD.

The problem is that they call way too many guys and girls up from NXT to Raw and Smackdown when those shows are already stacked and can't find TV time for the talent.
I am sure as per usual, the Raw and Smackdown after SummerSlam will have some NXT talent come up. And then get lost in the shuffle on Raw or Smackdown. Then NXT will have to find guys and girls to fill that void of the ones that got called up. It's a vicious cycle and has been for the past few years.
Guys like The Revival could be feuding with Undisputed Era in NXT, but they aren't. They are nobodies on Raw. The AOP hasn't even been seen for weeks because creative has no clue what to do with them. But bring them all up to the main roster for some reason!

I viewed ECW as the WWE’s “3rd brand”. I looked at ECW as the “expansion team” in the WWE “League”. ECW was on television. ECW was making picks, alongside Raw and Smackdown, in the WWE draft from 2006 – 2009. ECW was WWE’s “3rd brand”.
I don’t view NXT as the WWE’s “3rd brand”. I look at NXT as the "college team" in the WWE “League”. NXT is exclusive on the WWE Network. NXT is only being picked from, by Raw and Smackdown, in the WWE draft from 2016 – present. NXT is WWE’s developmental brand.
Now, as I've said in the past about ECW, I would definitely love the idea of Raw and Smackdown SuperStars being drafted to NXT. I'd like to see WWE Legends such as Undertaker, John Cena, Randy Orton, and Brock Lesnar take a "break" from the road, and do a 3 month stint in Orlando, culminating in a match at NXT Takeover. This could really help the “rookies” get over, win, lose, or draw. If they’re going to be learning down there, they may as well be taught by the “best”.

A nice thought but there is no way I could see any of those guys going to NXT and doing Takeover shows. Especially Lesnar who we're lucky to get on the occasional RAW jumping in place while Heymen rambles.

The women usually go on to be more successful in the main roster than virtually any of the guys. Bar the one's you just mentioned.

The best think NXT has going for it is that it’s talent gets graduated up to Raw and SD. It allows it to constantly stay fresh, fueds not to get stale and there isn’t overexposure.

I couldn't agree more. I watch NXT and ask myself what's the point of getting behind any of these guys when you know that they're heading towards a gloom future on the main roster.

Vince sadly will never push undisputed era, the weight is too low near 200lbs for vince. If they dont go to 205 live they will be the new jobbers like dillinger, tyler breeze, ascensions, revivals etc... They do clinic wrestling during their ppvs , they get a 4 on 5 on each bout and then they go to the big brands, to not be in the lineup like sanity or authors of pain, or simply jobbers. He only way to save them is to upgrade 205 live, with tag titles, maybe a light title, and calling the cruiser title maybe cruiser world title to give prestige

Hopefully they sort out some plans for these guys before calling them up from NTX. I would like NXT to be its own brand and keep a core set of wrestlers. But the current method of taking some guys from NXT to Raw/SmackDown is a mess.

I wish guys would go down or back to NXT, ala Tyson Kidd. Tye Dillinger for example could go back to NXT, maybe go heel again, but at least just get into a storyline and actually do something on TV.

Nobody cares about NXT in 2018. 2014-15 it was good.

There are a few exceptions e.g. Lars Sullivan. NXT's like a miniature WWE.

They need to get more wrestlers in NXT that have big hype(like Ricochet). They to stop with the old TNA wrestlers though(EC3). I think if NXT was to get Omega, Scurll, Ospreay and Young Bucks they may be onto something again.

To keep bringing up talent they need to purge some. That's why NXT and other talent are getting lost. No annual spring cleaning.

I view NXT as a completely different company than WWE. Aside from having WWE's budget, NXT looks different, it sounds different, it feels different, it IS different, and it should remain that way. I'm not too crazy about NXT sharing the same buildings as WWE events. I would prefer they do like what they did for TakeOver: Dallas and San Antonio, go to smaller buildings. I think that's a much better atmosphere for all NXT shows if they're going to have them outside of Full Sail.
