-when I don't have any friends that like wrestling?
Basically, I don't have any friends that enjoy wrestling and even if they did they all live too far away to do anything anyway, any tips for finding people to do this with? and just tips in general.

Maybe make a Craigslist post, and fully explain what you wanna do. Put yourself out there, and tell everything that you want. Your plans, where you'll do it, all of that jazz.

I can sympathize with you man. None of my friends are as crazy as me for a start so I would be doing all the hardcore stuff.

My only tip for starting your own backyard fed would be to only use kids sized toy Championship Title Belts. Using toy Championship Title Belts are just as “flashy” and can be easily replaced if something were to happen to them, like damage or stolen or whatever else can happen. Adult sized replicas should only be used for display.

I did backyard wrestling years ago, and was successful with it where we got to the point of doing it inside a building for fans who actually paid to see us perform! So I can tell ya this....
When starting out, it's best to have it be a small group of friends. When I started it, it was me and two of my best friends. One went on to become WWE superstar Eric Young, but that's besides the point. But the three of us wrestled in EY's backyard on a trampoline. So try to get a trampoline to do it on.
Next up, we made the trampoline harder by having old beds underneath it, then plywood, then carpet. Weld metal poles if you can to the side and add rope and you have your own makeshift ring!

When starting out consider getting a trainer, and avoid crazy stuff like chair shots to the head don't throw yourself off any roofs or crazy stunts CM Punk started in backyards but eventually went to legit wrestling school.

take the money that you would've spent on building a ring and all the equipment, and use it as a down payment for wrestling school. Don't punch your bump card in the backyard, there's limited uses on that thing

It's too bad you don't live near Central California, because I have a 16x16 ring available
