Summerslam weekend is always fun at Barclays. Hitting up all 4 events. My first NXT show. Hope it’s great.

Must have slipped under the radar but apparently Dave Meltzer gave the Mustache Mountain/Undisputed Era match from 7.11.18 5-Stars. Thus, making it the first match from a NXT Weekly show to get a 5-Star rating from Meltzer.
There is already speculation that the finals of the 2018 NYC would come down to Io Shirai and Toni Storm. It all depends on how the brackets are arranged.

Madison Rayne was officially announced for the Mae Young Classic I've been a fan of Madison Rayne for a long time in TNA/Impact, so I'm glad she's getting this shot. I hope she can impress and maybe stick around a while after the tournament. I think she would make a great addition to the NXT women's roster, and to the main roster at some point too.

I've been bashed for saying this in the past, but he's without question the best heel in wrestling today. I could not agree any more! The dude is just fantastic in every regard. You have to wonder how they are going to top what he has done in NXT the last year when they call him up to the main roster. Is there any particular reason why they are giving Ciampa the title now?

Another great main event this week. Glad Kendrick was given a chance to shine tonight. He looked great and proved they need to get him away from Gallagher & Gulak. I'm a fan of all 3, but it does nothing for them together.

That was some fine reparative booking for Candice. Having her hold her own against Shayna as well as she did should go a long way in putting her past the stage bump everyone's all hung up over.
It's a shame NXT doesn't get more attention here. You'd think with the vitriol over Raw and Smackdown, people would be all over a consistently good, concise product.

I don't think it's a matter of people nit watching. It's just easier to rag on a bad show then talk about a good one.

I never really went anywhere. I just mostly stick to the e-fed these days, and I went through a spell the past few years where I'd change my display name at the drop of a hat.

I don't like combining NXT, 205, UK, and MYC in one thread
