Never said he was retired completely, but he’s clearly not wrestling anymore. It’s been almost a year now and it doesn’t appear he’s going to be returning anytime soon. From what I've read WWE won't let him out of his contract. Wonder if they're still paying him then?

If the dude wants out of 205 Live, let him. If he wants more money, give it to him. If he wants to sleep with your wife, it'll be fine. If he wants to eat your only child, you can have another one. Give him what he wants and get him back on TV ASAP.
Personally, I'd love to see him go after AJ, Finn, Jeff, Seth, or Bryan. The matches would be amazing. I wouldn't even mind if he somehow aligned himself with Drew & Dolph. Drew & Neville as a team would be a dream come true for me.

WWE haven't said theyve released him. Its the first time I've known WWE to keep someone employed but not work at all.
Edit: didn't realise there were so many Nev fans! He was pretty tame on the main roster and only shone so bright in 205 live cause the rest of the roster was tripe. Would have liked to have him around a bit longer as a heel to see what he's really capable of though.

I think Neville can afford a year off. Or maybe even 2. Like Jericho did in 2005. He'll likely come back better than ever.
