Yeah. Not only have I stopped buying the bulk of new stuff but I consolidated my collection into one detolf to make room for more Marvel Legends.
Still waiting on a Chris Hero figure. Still waiting on Retro Diesel. How about a Wolfpac Luger, WM17 Edge or a 1997 Anvil? It’s just not worth the energy I once had. My general reaction to most of the reveals nowadays are an assorted mix of mehs.

I've lost interest ever since I started collecting Marvel Legends last year. I sold off almost everything except for about 5 figures. The only thing that would be must buy for me right now is if they finally released that Rated R Lita and if they ever made a Team Xtreme version of the Hardyz.

Not necessarily, though I do wonder why I invest into these figures.

My kid lost interest during the start of the Roman Empire so, ultimately, it meant my interest wasn’t as deep. But I love flashbacks and Legends. Always hoping for the Dynamite Kids or the Don Muracos. But at least I don’t have to be burdened with anymore Dean Ambrose figures.

Bill left because people physically threatened him when did that happen? Put it this way, a few members were banned for calling Bill everything under the sun, and he said he was gone. There were many members that felt it was part of his job to be here and answer every question they asked. Every good thing he did was outweighed by horrendous comments. The thing is, we had something personal with Bill. He would randomly chime in on suggestions or crush rumors. We had something special, and it was taken for granted. Now all we have is Twitter, where he also gets threats, like the ass clown that said he would legit punch Bill in the face the second he saw him. The man has a job to do, clearly that job is taken seriously or we all wouldn’t be here talking about our awesome toys. Does he favor certain legends and indy stars? Sure, bit be honest with yourself, if you had the power to push figures release times based on your favorites, you absolutky would push their releases forward. I know If I was in his spot, my shelves would be full of NXT Elites. Maybe one day we can all play adults again, and Bill will make his triumphant return #HeelBill and we can all move past the BS from the past.

AbsoF*&^$inglutely...I don't watch WWE on TV, only tune in for Wrestlemania....figures on the whole aren't that great for me either. I love old-school, Flashback figs and those have declined plus the on-going distribution problem Mattel has had the past 3 years so (which TRU going away only compounded)....there is much more out there for the DECLINE of buying figures than there is to get jakked up to get some....I think wrestlingfigs.com has really stepped up and done as much as they can to help as I have ordered from them moreso than ever before as I could always find figs more plentiful & cheaper in person...this is simply NOT the case anymore. There are still a few cool figs out there & some on the way, but personally I don't give a damn about Zombie figures, Zach Ryder, Elias figures, etc....I want Hogan, Flair, etc...I do like the Retro/Hasbro figs, I did buy most of those....but overall my interest is slipping away like sand in an hourglass.

Call it whatever you want. But I feel the same way. I'm with this guy.

I’ve been losing interest since last year. I think mainly for me is the constant cheapening out, the lack of news, wrong part selections amongst the fact that we didn’t get a lot of wcw or attires we’ve been wanting. I don’t really consider it a bad thing since it lets me invest my money in other lines and focus on other things. I’m hoping we get more wcw flashbacks this year in all honesty... anything ‘95ish and up is greatly appreciated.

I feel like if you don’t want the same faces with very-slightly different attire over and over then how can you not be losing interest?
I was excited because I thought the NXT line was going to be more consistent. That’s really all that I’m interested in. I prefer new faces to anything else. I do understand the need to keep popular wrestlers in the lines, of course and it is cool when they release them in new gear. But I feel that with how large the Raw, Smackdown, NXT, 205, Women’s, and UK Division rosters are...we are so very far behind. Then you have to get into Legends/Flashbacks too and there are so many of those that should be made as well.
I wish they did Elite two packs...like some kind of special Elite Tag Team line like the Walgreens Women’s line.

I think thats Great. Elite Two Pack Line.
It Would make Space For the Elite Line. Tag Teams or factions could be Released in that Line.
Authors of Pain, Sanity, Bludgeon Bros, Breezango, Undipudet Ära and Legend Tag Teams Bulldogs,Nwo, Mom, Headshrinkers ....... It Would be Perfect and in The Elite Line they could do someone more Flashbacks and Current.
I think it is a Great Idea.

They just don't interest me that much anymore. But when they release a gem like the summerslam Matt Hardy it keeps my hopes up. I've probably only bought like maybe a dozen elites so far this year if that. Usually the previous years I'd be well onto 30 by now. And I used to buy basics but haven't since like 2016 I think. All of my toy money goes to marvel legends and mezco now.

I have lost complete and total interest, so much so that I have just gotten back to basics for me, four inch Star Wars and GI Joe and DC stuff. No flashbacks and even more so no flashbacks from the 70s and early 80s and no Older wwwf champions. I can spend 75 a year and get the current roster and plus 100 other guys from the CAW feature on WWE2K and that works for me, and it doesn’t take up any space.

I’m pretty much done. Packed away the display, the ring , my stage. Will still pick up an occasional figure like angle, Hart, Jericho, hbk. I really blame wwe more than Mattel. I don’t watch or follow the product at all.
The kids and I have moved onto Marvel. And I like that product much better.

I haven't completely stopped but I have slowed down on buying figures. Most of the time I buy a fig of someone I like and stick with it. I don't usually buy repaints etc. Also I only buy elites now mostly, just basics of people in suits or women..
