It’ll be some forced segment about women
Sorry I do feel everyone has the right and everyone to be equal but when WWE do something it feels so forced and un-natural, almost like ‘o look at us’

I think this could work. I'd like to see the finals of the MYC held there. And maybe even have a NXT women's match to showcase up and coming talent. Yeah... I’m a genius. 🤷🏼♂️

...waits for people to realize nothing has really changed. The two most attractive woman on the roster are champion, one of them can barely even wrestle decently, the big draw is a glorified celebrity that can entertain but not wrestle, and the best LEGIT woman’s wrestler in the past decade can’t win a match since coming up from NXT ...What’s really changed? Mella is Money

As others have stated really hate how this "Women's Revolution" is being force feed to everyone and beaten into the god damn ground. When Triple H basically started it in NXT with the likes of Paige,Emma,Charlotte,Banks,Bayley and Lynch it was something natural and fans took to it,now a few year later and on the main roster in the hands of Vince & Stephanie its being pushed way to hard and also the spotlight is being taken from then and put on Stephanie, who's basically a none wrestler and from all account had next to know impact or input in the "Revolution" taking off in the 1st place.
I really wish that they would just let the women wrestle and show case their own talents and let thing grow naturally and with out this forced spotlight.
With that side not terribly interested in and all women's PPV but do like that fact from the should of it that Trish & Lita will be wrestling.Hopefully we get to see a dream match up of Trish/Bliss or Trish/Charlotte and Lita in sometype of worth while match up.
Where three months out but I would probably book as the top matches for the show Bliss/Trish,Rousey/McMahon & if the rumored Tag Team Titles come into play Charlotte & Lynch/Banks & Bayley.

That whole segment was so forced and cringeworthy. Stop beating around the bush, It was basically a make up for WWE trying to cash in on Saudi Arabia knowing damn well their stance on women. No women there so here you go girls, you get your own PPV

The fact that Carmella may be in the PPV as champion, is one of the main reasons I'm not watching. I don't like seeing Womens matches, because most women in the WWE tend to not give it their all and it shows or are just bad overall. Looking at you Naomi and Lana.

For all you who guessed last night's announcement would be about Women's Tag belts, I wouldn't worry. They have a full 3 months to make another "historic, game changing announcement."

YES!!! Brilliant news! Cannot wait for 28th October! The women of WWE deserve equal treatment, and if WWE are happy to run all-men shows, all-women shows are only fair at the very least. But even if GRR hadn't taken place, the women still deserve their own bright spotlight, and this is a crucial next step in WWE Women's Evolution. Perfect name for the PPV. Hopefully this is a prelude to an all-women's brand, because the women still play second fiddle to the men, and quite frankly I believe they deserve the same amount of time dedicated to the men to showcase what they can do.
Although WWE has largely booked the women horribly (though to be fair, they book the men horribly as well), I trust that they view this important enough to not make dumb mistakes. The fact that NXT, NXT:UK and MYC2 is a part of this tells me that they know how important it is that they make it work. And given that NXT and NXT:UK are involved, I assume Triple H will have a significant say in the running of the show, which would obviously be a fantastic sign that they're going to do it right. Then again, it could end up as a colossal failure like RAW25 where they just book too many superstars. I really hope not. I really hope it's a big success.
I'm so excited, so much so that I cannot even adequately put it into words! 28th of October cannot come fast enough!

Good for them. Honestly not expecting it to be very good. But good for them.

This is really good news but I do wish they had presented it better.
I really don’t like them all being on stage together on the show out of character. Don’t show me them cheering and hugging and pretending to be surprised, when an hour later on the same show you want me to believe they hate each other.
Also, they presented it as if nobody knew until the announcement was made, yet before they even leave the ring Cole says he talked to them about it earlier and has every specific detail. Also, former talent is already booked. In terms of the show, when did this happen if no one knew?
Final issue, which I’ll admit is more of a nitpick. Isn’t the Mae Young Classic technically the first all women ppv in WWE history? It’s airing on the same platform as this. Also, if you think about all women promotions, there have been plenty of all women ppvs in the past, so I kinda wish they’d stop throwing the word “historic” around so much when they’re really playing catch-up.
I’ll definitely watch this and it’ll probably be on the same level as anything else they put on.

Good for them. Honestly not expecting it to be very good. But good for them. Why? Honestly the only ones to worry about (Lana, Foxy) will probably be in some type of tag match.

I'm interested but they need to tread carefully with bringing women back. You can't go "rah rah women empowerment" then have matches with Torrie Wilson, Michelle McCool & the Bellas. If you were part of that 2min match era....cause you simply couldn't work, then you really dont need to be on the card unless its filler for a battle royal.
Card wise, I'd probably go with something like this..
Raw title- Bliss vs Moon SD title- Asuka vs Nikki Cross MYC finals Next title- Sane vs Bel Air Womens tag title finals- Banks/Bayley vs Iiconics Special tag- Ronda/Blazer vs Charlotte/Becky 20 woman battle royal Trish vs Lita 2 out of 3 falls

One thing I can't stand is the naysayers already saying how bad it's going to be. We don't even have a single match announced. Give things a chance before you cry and moan.
Mickie James has challenged Trish Stratus to a match. And with the MYC and NXT women having matches there, you know the main roster is going to try to out shine them. So I expect everyone to deliver. Plus I assume Triple H will have more control over this show considering his work with the women in NXT has lead to all this. So if matches are given more time like they are in NXT & 205, this has potential to being a fun show.
But maybe it's more productive to bitch two months before it airs.

A friend and I are planning on getting tickets to this event when they go on sale next month since it's only about an hour's drive for us. Looking forward to it.

hmmm... Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir among others are making their in ring debut's Thursday in NxT. We could have 4 horsewomen vs 4 horsewomen at Evolution. They don't need titles to sell that match.

My opinion with this show is the same with all WWE PPVs/Network specials. I'll keep low expectations for it. Not gonna say its gonna suck, but with how over the majority of the women are, which are very little, but it might be a great show. I'll judge more as matches are announced. I could see a battle royal happening to fit as many women talent as possible.
