I'm trying to figure out why there's not more talk involving hair. What shampoo do we use? Do you get a 2-in-1 with conditioner or separately? Do you rinse and repeat? Towel dry, air dry, or hair dryer? Do we shave in the shower? This new generation of WF needs to keep up with tradition. To actually answer the OP... Night, slightly warmer than cold/cool, usually out in about 5 minutes or less. Maybe 20 minutes if I think of Peyton Royce or Gillian Anderson. On Saturday I was waiting in a pizzeria to meet up with someone and I ended up in a conversation with some crazy guy that wouldn’t stop talking. For some reason he was really passionate about not using shampoo. He was arguing that if conditioner cleans your hair, why clean it again with shampoo? He was pushing the idea that companies tell you that you need both so they get more money. I can't think of a good response for that.

"You don't always need to shower everyday, did you know that? It's overkill unless you work out or work outdoors or for some reason, you come in intimate contact with huge amounts of filth and garbage everyday, you don't always need to shower. All you really need to do is wash the four key areas: armpits, a**hole, crotch and teeth. In fact, you can save yourself a whole lotta time if you simply use the same brush on all four areas." - George Carlin.

I can only take really warm showers and have to wash my whole body with shampoo. I got a really rare skin condition that makes me itch when it gets really hot and humid or when cold water sits on my skin (e.g. caught out in the rain etc). Really weird because when I play football and sweat I'm absolutely fine, but when I work out with weights and sweat my body starts itching like crazy and can only be cured with a hot shower. Nothing else works. Doctors don't know how to cure it. Hot me when I was 13/14 and suffered from it ever since. I don't think I could live without hot showers lol.

I usually shower 1 to 3 times a day. One out of bed. One if I went swimming, after I get out of the pool. And for sure one before bed. The one before bed is the one I will not skip. I dont want to drag what ever muck I got on me during the work day to bed with me.

I live in a house with 4 people and one bathroom. I take a shower whenever I have the chance, usually late at night when everyone is going to sleep.

I take a bath every morning(or afternoon, depending when I wake up on my days off) before getting ready and going out. I love a good bath. If I'm feeling gross I may take another one again in the evening or at the end of the night. I could NEVER take a cold shower, even if it's roasting hot in the summer.
