Kind of insensitive for WWE to not even any acknowledgement to his death. They probably want to distance themselves from suicides. But still, he performed for WWE for nearly 5 years and it’s Lawler’s son!! I'm with you on that one. He wasn't just a wrestler, but the son of one of their greatest announcers. I hope they do acknowledge or make a tribute to him.

When I was a kid my Grandpa used to watch the WWE with me and he loved Too Cool and always laughed when they danced with Rikishi so that alone makes it very emotional for me as a fan.
Their dance segment during the 2000 Rumble will always go down as an iconic Rumble moment in my eyes.

TMZ says Brian’s mom confirmed that they took him off life support. They kept him on life support so Jerry could fly in to say goodbye, made me emotional.

Or maybe like us they were waiting for solid confirmation. Well I'm sorry for paying my respects to a guy who's lost his life. I thought considering Memphis Wrestling had informed us, that was all the proof we needed.

Personal story I was arrested back in Sept 2016 for a DUI, Driving to Endanger , and Resisting Arrest. I had been suicidal that whole time and was legitimately trying to end my life that night. I was sent to lock up over night and literally tried to wrap the blankets around my neck and well, yeah. Luckily the guards came and stopped me, and eventually I beat all the charges in court, and aside from the good friends that I lost during that time, I am here happier than ever here today. I wish Brian could've beat this. I know ing exactly how it feels. It feels like life is 100% over at that point when you're sitting in that cell and thinking that your life is forever screwed Things get better. I wish I could tell this to Brian before he did what he did, and that all us fans and his family could've somehow helped him before it was too late

I'm not gonna sit here and pretend like I was some mega-mark for Brian Christopher, but I'm all sorts of bent out of shape over this, man. I don't know what his situation was in terms of a support system or anything, but with Scott Taylor down at the PC now and all, it's a damn shame things couldn't have played out better for this guy. He wasn't any sort of slouch in the ring, and man, were Too Cool over huge for a spell there.
Sucks all around.

If this is true, it makes his death even sadder, and adds even more tragedy in his loss for the King.
On the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, F4WOnline.com’s Dave Meltzer commented on Brian Christopher hanging himself while in jail. Meltzer brought up why Christopher’s father Jerry Lawler didn’t bail him out of jail (bail was reportedly set at $40,000) following Christopher’s most recent DUI arrest:
“Jerry has been doing stuff to get him out of things and just felt that he needed to learn and wasn’t going to get him out this time. I can just imagine — think about that. Jerry’s good with grief. He’s a unique person in things like that. But still, can you imagine when you have a kid? And he did what he thought was the right thing. He’s 46-years-old he should have grown up a long time ago. You can’t keep bailing him out of his trouble. But now it’s so sad. Brian couldn’t handle it in prison so he hung himself today.”

Holy crap, R.I.P. I loved Too Cool growing up. The dancing he did as part of his entrance was so entertaining.

I guess his reputation always exceeded him...
I enjoyed the running gag on his debut year of "Jerry he looks just like you!?" father-son denial thing they had.
But I also wondered why they would never acknowledge it properly... I mean Jerry is a legend and we hear about how Charlotte is the daughter of one every time. They could have played into his real life heat and make him "THE PRINCE" etc.
GMS was talented in the ring, and Too Cool holds a special place in fans hearts, like someone said earlier, I too have memories of non-interested older family members who would indeed stop and watch them dance, together with S2H and 'Kish they made a lot of people happy.
RIP
