Have not had any issue w/ Renee's work in her time w/ the company; congratulations go out to her for [somewhat] quietly breaking ground when, at this point, it seems impossible to do so without the company taking advantage ofheavily promoting these types on moments these days.

I like Renee as an interviewer, I like her hosting the pre-shows among the other little things she does on air. Can't stand her on commentary though.

So is Coachman going back to the NFL? Only reason I ask is because he is the halftime announcer in this years Madden game.

So is Coachman going back to the NFL? Only reason I ask is because he is the halftime announcer in this years Madden game. He wasn't working for the NFL, he worked for ESPN. And unfortunate as it is, Renee's only a temporary replacement this week. Personally, he can go back to ESPN in my book since he's absolutely dreadful on Raw.

Yeah I know he was with ESPN, but I said NFL because he’s a voice in this years Madden game...so I thought maybe he was going to the nfl.

This is awesome and I'm happy for Renee.....the only problem is that WWE is going to hammer it into our heads over and over and over again how monumental of an event this is and like when they announced the all women's Evolution PPV it was a little cheesy how EVERY Superstar that came out to cut a promo or had a backstage segment had to address the Evolution PPV before they began the topic of their promo.
So on Monday, Braun Strowman is going to come out and cut a promo and he'll start off by going "Before I get to Kevin Owens and how bad he's going to GET THESE HANDS at SummerSlam, I just want to take a moment and say how proud I am of Renee Young for being the first woman EVER to call an entire Episode of Monday Night RAW!"
And every Superstar will probably have to do the same thing.
WWE doesn't really understand how equality works, because if they really think men and women are equal, which they SHOULD BE, you don't have to keep drawing attention to it unless it's fake and insincere because the company just wants to get attention.
Maybe Stephanie can start the show and give us another phony speech about glass ceilings and brass rings and first-evers and how progressive (but not really) WWE is and she can growl the phrase WOMEN'S REVOLUTION BECAME AN EVOLUTION a few dozen times. Triple H can tell us about the tears in his eyes as he listens to Renee call the show.

I started muting my TV a long time ago in between matches and talking segments because the announcers were not providing me any new info as a frequent viewer of the product. But during matches, I didn't really hear her very much, but she definitely has a much better tone than either Cole and Graves. I see a lot of people saying they want Coach gone and have Renee take his place for good. I personally don't have a problem with Coach. The problem I have is the chemistry he has with Cole and Graves. Instead, I'd like to see WWE replace Michael Cole with Renee from now on. Let's get Cole off TV already, he's been there forever and it's time for a new voice. And I'm sure Renee would have better chemistry with Coach because it seems like Graves and Cole just don't like Coach with how often they undercut and interrupt him. If WWE wants to make some REAL history, do this instead of just having Renee as a "guest" commentator for one episode.

I thought she did a great job. I know it's unlikely, especially if Coach did help the deal with Fox, but I would love to see Renee full time on RAW. The only thing I would like to have heard was her reaction to Ambrose's return. But they don't openly acknowledge their marriage on TV, so I understand.

Didn't they kinda openly acknowledge it during that program with Ambrose and Miz/Maryse?

She did a phenomenal job. I was at Raw live, but getting a chance to hear her on commentary when I watched the show yesterday was a well-received breath of fresh air compared to the last seven months Coach has spent spouting mindless dribble. She has excellent chemistry with both Corey and Cole and they might be the best commentary trio WWE's had in a long while.

She did commentary in NXT...it was ok Also on Main Event. I concur with the 'okay' sentiment. Glad she's getting another opportunity at it, though. Can't be worse than Coach. Can’t be worse than Coach? Byron Saxton says hi.

I love Graves, but it doesn't make sense for him to be on both shows.
