This applies to all Hall of Champions figures though, right? My local Target shows in stock but I'm pretty sure it's just the first wave. Yup

It’s been 96 years. But seriously tho AFA said on his IG live QnA that HOC2 should be hitting any day now and that was during comic con.

I bet the farm on these being released mid-summer. But alas, the well dried, the cow died, & mom cried, still nothing.

Mattel's hoarding all the WCW Championship belts to themselves.

My Targets have totally sucked for a few years now. Back when I first started buying Mattel figs, around elite 24, Target used to be the best place to find new things. I NEVER saw any of the hall of fame series with Diesel and Jake in it. Pissed me off big time. I went to 4 targets a few days ago. No new retros, no resent elite series. Just garbage. The reset just reduced the number of pegs so the they can have less space to hold the numerous Titos and nxt figures that are literally collecting dust.

What is worse Mattel's overall distribution of wwe figures or target stores stocking wwe figures ??
Given the fact that they still have not marked down and gotten rid of the thousands of unsold tito santana figure at literally every store I am giving target the edge.
That should also answer your question, not any time soon and maybe not even this year.
Target is trying to win the blue ribbon award for worst wwe figure exclusive or not for the 3rd year in a row.

My Target has had 2 batches of HOC 1 so far and Batista has been already gone when I got there both times. Distribution at every Target I've ever been to has been terrible. But they've got tons of Roddy Pipers rotting away on the shelves. I wish Target would start stocking on their website, but they never have enough inventory. This is why I hate store exclusives. If it's a hot figure, then my only choices are RSC and Amazon and if it's a store exclusive, then eBay only.

Wasn't this set delayed because they made a torso change on the Ron Simmons fig?!

As someone who used to work for Target, I can tell you that even if these were sitting in the DC somewhere, it won't be stocked til everything sells on the pegs. That's how it was done back then and I kept bitching that its ridiculous that my particular store is always 2 to 3 waves behind. But that's how they operate.

Mattel distribution. The time between when we see and when we own always perplexed me.

Of subject but my Targets finally clearanced HOF figures. At least that will be one or two more pegs empty for some kind of line? More Elites maybe? Fan Central? Maybe that’s wishful thinking lol

Mattel distribution. The time between when we see and when we own always perplexed me. But yet mattel has no problem getting all those barbie dolls and hot wheels to stores. So i really think mattel is doing this on purpose making wwe figures hard to find. That or the wwe license is not as big of priority for mattel or both. Why is it that if wwe figures sell so well you are lucky if your walmart or target has a 4 foot section dedicated to them ? Even if you live in a populated area and your local walmart and target stores are "super". I would love someone in the know to drop some knowledge on us...

Surely they can only distribute to those who order?
